I will never return to this restaurant. The food was terrible and very overpriced. It was absolutely the worst food I have had... in years. The owner or his father were rude. When I complained about the pizza he started yelling at me. The service wasnonexistent. The waitress didn't check on us or refill our water. She had to be asked for parmesan cheese and for spoons. The20% tip was added to our checks and we were forced to pay it even though the service was terrible. Almost $30 for a 12 inchinedible pizza and a glass of water is ridiculous. I don't know how they are in business. Some people had adequate meals butmine was awful. Don't go there! Read more
Love it! Portions were insanely huge for the price of the plate! Staff was very very nice(sang happy birthday to myself and... kids, when they typically don’t do that for patrons) can’t say anything bad about this place. Just ate here for the first time... leaving a pic of the FANTASTIC margehrita pizza we took home and had to have at least one... slice even though we are both very pleasantly full from our excellent dinner.. Our server was ON POINT and very pleasant! Ourfood came out in a timely manner and tasted PHENOMENAL.. thank you Vivo Italian Kitchen for making our first visit a wonderfullymemorable experience. Wow! This place is packed of people and i know, why… Great food at very reasonable prize. I can’t help to brag about my... dish. It’s lobster ravioli and my surprise it comes with a lobster tail on the top for $33.00. This is a bargain and waitthere more to it the sauce is so delicious. Our tummy was happy and our pocket was more happier???? We celebrate our son’sbirthday here. Service was great. Note: parking was a little challenging. Read more
Saturday evening birthday dinner reservations at 6:30pm for 8 people. Arrived at 6:30 and waited for 30 minutes to be seated.... The seating was in a private alcove. Attention was given immediately, and our check was opened at 7:06pm. We ordered our drinksat that time along with appetizers. Fortunately, we ordered appetizers and drinks because we couldn’t order our meals untilservice returned with our appetizers 45 minutes later. (7:45pm) Photos attached are taken at 8:18pm still waiting for anyservice. Finally, the meals arrived at 8:50 with 3 shrimp meals cold, macaroni hot and 4 other meals tepid. When asked 5 minuteslater how the meals were, we notified them of the problems with which the manager came over to apologize for it being the verybusiest they have ever been on a Saturday night and would make efforts to make up for the failure such as dessert or somethingfor the birthday girl. Dessert was offered, but it had gotten late, and our plans were to return home for cake and ice cream, sodessert was declined. No further effort was made by the manager or staff that both vanished after delivering a full, unadjustedbill. I paid the bill at the table at the mandatory 18% so as not to wait any longer. I can’t help but feel robbed of time andmoney! No recommendation for 2-1/2hr. sub-par dinner. Read more
