Although the food was nice and hot, it did have a couple of simple minor mess ups. My sandwich was supposed to have extra sauce... and ended up with the regular amount, so it was a little tasteless. My husband ordered an order of baconator fries and insteadof chopping up the bacon, they put 2 small strips of bacon on cheese fries and called it a day. Last but not least, my smallmeal had the same amount of fries as the 2 large meals. They definitely got gipped. Read more
This is really the worst Wendy?s to order from in this area. I?ve given it 3 tries and I?m always disappointed. This last visit... was really the cherry on top. Ordered through the drive thru and they said my grilled chicken for my salads would take 15mins.Had hungry kids and grocery bags in the trunk, so i waited. I walk inside to pay for my order (Never mind how filthy the placelooks and sticky the floor was) i still had to wait another 30 mins for them to STILL get my order wrong. I rather drive out theextra couple mins for the Wendy?s in the next town or go to yucky McDonald?s than order from this location again. I?m not surewhat the requirements are to work there, but they need some major improvements in their staffs work ethic. Won?t be returning.I?ll grill my own darn chicken next time smh Read more
i always have a good experience in this location and it is my go to wendy?s spot. great customer service, nice employees, and... great experience. order was correct and made fresh for me..the woman at the drive thru window named katie was very nice to meand i will be back again <3 Read more
The staff taking our order was awesome. But to watch the manager and another employee giving each other the evil eye was... interesting. Place was not very clean either. Guess that's why it was really empty in there. Read more
Jacob who took my order was in a rush and was very rude when he gave me my food. No receipt and I was given a attitude when I... asked for one. I deleted something from my order and that I guess gave him and the rude manager who was wearing a dirty shirteven more upset. I lived in this area for 13years and the service here is always all over the place. I will never spend my moneyin this location ever again No hair nets clothing sloppy and very terrible customer service. No thanks. Read more
You could tell the fryer had old oil in it. Soggy fries and dark brown nuggets was a dead give away? the taste sealed the deal... on how I knew the oil was old lol I?d choose another Wendy?s as this one I haven?t had too great of experiences withpreviously. How do I spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru line with a single car in front of me and my order exclusively has what I didn?t... ask for? Did the whole team just start? Because it?s pathetic. They?re lucky I?m not allergic to the items they weren?t supposedto put on my burger in place of what was supposed to be. Lacked what I asked for and featured everything I didn?t want. This place should be shut down. Went here with the other half. The restaurant looks and smells like it hasn't had a deep... cleaning in a while. The staff is clearly overworked, food is sitting out and about outside of the warmers, person handling foodalso does the register. Food was stale and completely cold - which should have been a warning not to eat it. We warmed it up athome and ate it - big mistake. Six hours later, we were recreating the food poisoning scene from Bridesmaids. This place isdefinitely on our do not eat here ever list! Read more
