UPDATE: My company has been sending me to Houston more often, so I have stopped here several more times and I have come to... realize that the outstanding customer service that I experienced here the first time was NOT an accident. This crew consistentlystrives to provide an excellent experience! As a trucker, I have eaten at my fair share of Taco Bell restaurants. This one hereat the Columbus Travel Center might be the best one! I usually order via the kiosk so as to avoid any confusion, so all thekitchen staff has to do is pay attention. Well this staff and management worked together to get every detail of my specialorders correctly. The dining area was very clean and the self serve area was VERY well stocked. Y'all NEED to be the standardfor EVERY Taco Bell restaurant across the country! Read more

The service was great never have I ever had a good service experience at a taco bell ????..the bald guy in the drive thru was... excellent ???? ???? and he was also the one getting my order ready and he put enough sauces in my bag and got my order correct. This Taco Bell by far is the best one I have ever been to. The seating area was very clean. The staff very attentive and nice.... She processed my order with my modifications. Every item was filled with the required ingredients. Most of the time this is thebiggest downfall I have experience with Taco Bell.
