Update: I?ve worked my share of fast food jobs and I hate to say something negative about the people who work fast food jobs... because it was a stepping stone for me & taught me a lot about customer service. That was 30+ years ago and it is gettingharder to get good service anywhere, but when there is a business that shrugs when they make a mistake, it is squarely on thepoor management, lack of training and the owner being MIA & not caring about the community they serve. I expect such lacklusterservice from big cities in blue states but a quaint little town as lovely as Alliance deserves better. You had ONE job! Read more
No special sauce on my big Mac none or very very little special sauce and there ketchup had so much air that the air dispenser... caused the ketchup to be orange. Read more
No complaints. Friendly staff and the meals were prepared exactly as expected. Our Orders were all correct.
Came in and ordered a chicken sandwich french fries and a drink. Drinks were all flat, hundreds of flies everywhere. Fries... were brown and greasy. Like they had not changed the grease from the day before. It was a terrible experience. Read more
I would give them no stars if i could. There was no meat on 3 of our hamburgers. The ice machine and drink machine was broken.... There was no ketchup, the fish sandwich only had a half of slice of cheese on it. How can this place stay in business! When wecomplained to management, they got mad and made lame excuses. Was quick and clean this go around but could do much better on certain mornings when certain ppl that care about their job are... working. Othertimes they completely trash an order and im forced to return again to get it fixed it is what it is just hope uhave enough gas to get it returned and corrected! Read more
At some point, not while we were there, they were doing some work on the floor, and there was concrete dust everywhere. The... first drink cup I was handed was filthy. When we got our food, the fries were fresh (the only positive part of the meal), butthe sandwiches were cold and dry. It's like the meat was made at least 30 minutes prior, and then cold cheese was slapped on it. Read more
With few options available, the Alliance McDonald's has hot, fresh breakfasts. Service all 3 days I've eaten here this week... has been great. Compared to kiosk ordering in Vegas, it's nice to see a person smiling while taking my order. The drive thrulooked to be moving steadily, and there was no crazed panic being the counter or in the kitchen I've observed at otherMcDonald's. Thank you Alliance McDonald's. Read more
