I called to see what kind of deals were going on. The girl mentioned a large is the price of a medium. Ok Im expecting for her... go into more detail cuz that doesn't mean anything to me. She wants to throw me a cocky Lil attitude the whole time with poorlyexplaining. Lost a potential customer on that phone call. Her customer service skills are obviously low and with easily throwingan attitude with me not understanding she don't need be working in that line of work. Read more
They had a bit of a rocky start when they moved to the new building and while I'll always miss the old classic Hut building I... have to say this Pizza Hut has really been swinging it out of the park as of late! Even highly custom orders have beenperfectly made, the food, no matter if pizza or pasta or the like, always arrives hot and fresh, and they seem to have reallybeen working on their delivery times as well because the last few have been quite quick on top of everything else. 3/22 / 5 ? Review: Had a young Kid that was our server. He was a little green, but so polite, helpful and courteous. The food... was perfect and our experience was top notch. Shout out to our server "great job kid, keep it up" 2/22 / 1 ? Review: Went outwith a group and cheese stick were ordered. They tasted bad like they were stale or undercooked. After eating only one it wasbrought to the staffs attention. The waitress was going to get a certain manager, but there was another staff standing there andjust simply blew off the whole situation and passed if off to a change in recipe. They can?t do anything right. We ask them to take an item off the pizza and there it is. We ask them to add banana peppers, not... a pepper in sight. We ordered wings and guess what?no wings. Do not order from there unless you have plenty of gas money becauseyou?ll be going back. Better of with a cheap frozen thing. Read more
I don?t like to be hyper critical but in all honesty this Pizza Hut can be infuriating. It takes them ages to answer the phone.... Half the time I get hung up on and they never have the same person answering the phone...it?s always someone new that has zeroidea what they?re doing or knows very little English. Then it takes WAY longer than it ever should to get your food it?s almostalways cold and they don?t like to send blue cheese ranch or crushed red peppers or anything. We stopped in to eat after visiting Carhenge. It was awesome to see they still had a dining area and salad bar. McKenzie took... our order and was our server. Very polite young lady. took our order and checked in on us periodically. Salad was good. pizzawas hot and delicious. the decor reminded us of pizza hut from the 80's. Loved it. Read more
Hell of a better choice then McFailures and there 25min drive through.
