I have been to this Starbucks a couple of times - every single time it has been less than satisfactory. I?m not one to post a... review but compassion goes a long way. My grandmother received an unopened package of coffee beans from me from a Starbuck whereI live. Licensed or Corporate - if a customer brings in an unopened bag of coffee beans (from Starbucks), they should be allowedto have it ground for them. She walked in and asked a young lady if she could get the beans ground and was told yes (thisallowed by Starbucks). She came in the next day and when she asked if she could get them ground the Manager proceeded to tellher they couldn?t do that and the girl didn?t know what she was talking about. Is always on point and consistently perfect. Today I was having trouble choosing because of the new fall flavor options and the... staff member was right there to share his experience with the flavors he has tried and enjoyed. How can you not have coffee ready at a coffee shop?....... stopped in a 5:45 and no coffee. The machines were being cleaned... she said, and no drip available either. Could make you a pour over if you make me she says. Service was non existent, staffwas rude. Definitely not worth a trip to this Starbucks. Read more
I love them already. They?re still new to everything since it?s only been like a week, but I?ve gone almost everyday since and... they?re always so nice and answer any questions I have about different drinks. They even remade my cold brew for free when Isaid I went home with one that didn?t taste right. Didn?t even hesitate to fix it. I absolutely love Starbucks, I?m so happy wehave one in Alliance! The staff was well trained and polite, service was pretty fast despite them being very busy when I was there. The kitchen area... was very clean, and the merchandise in front of the counter was not too cluttered - I was able to maneuver my shopping cartaround just fine while placing an order and then waiting for it. One drawback is that you cannot use the Starbucks app foranything (you cannot order ahead, can't scan to pay, can't scan for stars) despite them having signs all over the counterinsisting that you should totally use the app. Huge oversight.
