First time here. Beautiful building and atmosphere. Beers are ok.. had better and worse. Food menu was bar food. Had a flight of... all beers on tap. Had a hard time finishing them. First time we went it was good, this time my burger and fries came out with our appetizer. My fries were cold, my burger was... cold, underdone, and wet, while the appetizer was hot. My girlfriend's fries were lukewarm. Server never came to ask about ourfood even though we were sitting at the bar. When she did show up, she was very unhelpful, refused to replace anything. When ourcheck came they refused to refund the burger that I took 2-3 small bites out of. Such a shame that this place as really goodbeer, because we're not returning. Came here for the second time yesterday and was able to enjoy the patio in the nice weather. Overall, this experience was much... better than the first time I came. Our group (which had kids) were given ample room with attentive service. The beer wasdecent, much better than the beers I had the first time. Food was also, overall, very good. Well. The beer was pretty good. The service was lacking, unless you were a regular. Prompt at first and then?. We waited. ... Received half our food order timely (pretzel and beer cheese was very good ). Asked or reminded about the other half 2-3 times,finished our second beer and had the other half cancelled because we never received it. Sat with empty beers while thebartenders chatted with regulars, even trying to get their attention, just didn't happen. In the end, good enough beer, pretzelwas good, but the wait gives you bleacher butt like watching a live college football, unfortunately that game was just ontv. Not making me want to recommend, nor return, but this place with its atmosphere has 5 star potential if the staff can getout of their comfort zone and provide customer service to everyone. Read more
Yesterday I received a call that I won a raffle basket to a local brewing company. Being a fan of craft beer I was stoked! Do... yourself a favor and visit this brewery located near Mount Union University behind Arby's. I had the pleasure to speak with oneof the owners, he was friendly, passionate about his business and the beers in it! I tried a flight and an appetizer of friedpickles (these are thick chips) before picking two crowlers of my choice from the basket and used my gift card to get a fourpack of their newest October beer. I can't wait to take my partner there and enjoy more of what they have to offer! Pleasevisit them you won't regret it. This is a gem I hope alliance takes care of for many years to come. Read more
Couldn?t get a glass of ice because ?we don?t have ice, and you don?t need it.? Was told that a short glass that exactly holds a... 12 oz can was 16 oz and exactly equal to the tall glasses. No, not so. Food was pretty good actually but I won?t be back. Idon?t require much but I do like ice and I don?t like getting talked down to and I use my spending to support the businessesthat are interested in customer service. Read more
