Impressive customer service from Jordan. Today, I went through the drive through & my order was goofed up (partialliy due to my... own error). I called in, spoke to Jordan. He was very professional & willing to replace the order. After returning to the store,he kindly explained the situation & went above & beyond to make things right. Past couple of times I was not happy. The meat that use to be thinly sliced was kind of thick and the crinkle cut fries were... cold and I added cheese and they charged me for it but didn't get it. Read more
