Went in around 9pm was told there was a 30-40 minute wait time for two people and we said that’s fine , gave them my number... and waited out in the car. Well it’s 11 pm with no call or anything. The parking lot is pretty empty and there’s hardlyanyone in the restaurant now. Wait time was ridiculous to even come in. So now we’re on the way to Applebees with no wait timeto finally have some dinner. Not to mention everytime we order to go the orders always wrong and the wings have very littlesauce and they taste old and hardly ever warm. Terrible place. Read more
Server was great. However food took forever. Ordered chips and salsa trio and did not come out for an hour and then the queso... was cold. They were out of onion rings. How does this happen? Then what I did get was a poor excuse for brisket on cold tatertots that were soggy. Then got wings that were cold, not crispy and barely sauced. Haven't been here in over five years becauseof bad experience I had last time. I think this is last time I will be going here. Tried to order the house sampler for appetizers. Out of onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Ordered chips and salsa instead and... got generic salsa from a jar. Waited an hour for food but not all the meals arrived at the same time. One person had to wait anadditional 10 minutes. Wings were room temperature. Celery was old and chewy. Awful experience. Couldn't blame the waitress buta bunch of apologies doesn't really improve anything. Management doesn't have a clue. Can't be a staffing issue because a coupleof them were standing in the lobby area talking most of the time. Read more
Our waiter was awesome! There was only 2 of them and he took very good care of us but the food was cold.. which is disappointing... when you spend so much money but I also understand with it being short staffed. Wasn’t bad food just cold food Read more
The waitress was very nice and did awesome. However, the food was not good. Only 1/4 people were able to eat their food.... Something was up with their fryer or oil because it was disgusting and inedible. Some of our wings were even cold. Usually Ilove the food so this was an unfortunate night. Read more
It was amazing food was great, waiter was a super nice guy. I’m very pleased with how well the food was and much better than... the old bdub’s that used to be in alliance. 10/10 recommend this to anyone. Can’t wait to come back for great service again. Read more
Food is delicious and our server was great. They cut the staff for the day so our server was hosting and taking care of us. She... did a wonderful job and made the experience well worth it. Read more
The slowest restaurant ever! We came here last year and it took an hour and 45 mins to get our food, there was only maybe 8... people sat, so not busy, an no one even apologizes, or even brings up the fact that it took forever! We decided to give themanother chance and went the other day, same thing! An hour and 10 mins to get our food, and the server acted like it was justanother day, no apology. Also on this day they were literally so slow. If there is an issue with staffing or what ever is goingon, it should of been solved by now a year later or at least let us know when we are sat the wait may be long. Wasted so muchtime and money just to eat food that oh yes was also all cold, also just like last year! Read more
