Always so hard to get in to. Drive thru and parking are not set up very well. Very busy and had a lot of employees but only run... 1 register at a time so if you go in instead of waiting in the 30min drive thru line you are standing and waiting to order thenwaiting more for food or drinks. Even if you go in for just doughnuts its 20-30min wait easy. They also did away with the jellyfilled munchkins which was my main reason for ever going there. I have been very disappointed with them lately. If I do wait thelong time for foid or drink they doughnut are great as always but more often than not are drink orders are mixed up. I get itthey are very busy and the employees there are awesome just over whelmed at times it seems. Read more

The Duncan in Alliance had a nice selection of donuts for the time of night it was and their coffee is some of the best donut... shop around. Read more
Got a dozen doughnuts. 2 were missing,than they were hard. I called and they said they had a problem with the air conditioner so... that is why they were hard. Then if they KNEW IT DON'T SELL IT. Very upset about it. No refund!! ???????????????? Never again. Read more
Food is good rewards points give you free drinks every couple days that's great too order is pretty much always right it's been... wrong a couple times but they fixed it and I don't know could use more bacon on the avocado toast and tomatoes on the Tomatotoast. It does really stink that they never have your donut after 1:00. Any of them for that matter Read more
This is by far best dunkin around, coffees and drinks always made amazing and correct, food and doughnuts made great and... actually have filling or frosting compared to all other dunkins. Great management and friendly staff. Can't ask for better. Read more
Rang me up before I chose my donuts and then told me I couldn't have what I wanted. He just stood there staring at me. Had to... tell him to get a manager to correct his mistake. Won't be coming back- especially after reading the rest of the reviews. Read more
