I just had the worst chicken and jojos. The chicken had blood on the bones and the jojos were greasy. I did call them. They... said that they most likely cooked my food in old grease/oil. They wouldn't give me a credit. Even rhough I threw overvhalf ofit away. So - save your money - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GIONINO'S ON THE CORNER OF UNION AND COLLEGE. NASTY! Read more
Ordered a pizza, two types of wings and an Italian sub. Pizza was great. Unfortunately our dry Cajun wings were only seasoned on... one half of the wings. When we called to complain the manager said "that's how we make them". Our honey mustard wings that weordered had zero, zip, honey mustard sauce on them. They were plain chicken wings. The manager stated "We will come and pick upthe food to make sure it's not cooked the right way. Our kitchen is closing so we cannot replace your food so we will have tocompensate." I'm ok with that but we are from out of town and this is what we have for dinner. The manager called back and saidthe owner will compensate the food and it will take 72 hours. She hung up without a word before we could say thank you..... Thepizza was amazing, unfortunately they were served with wings that aren't worth two cents. Great food. Thats the 2 stars. Terrible time management getting the food. 1. Told me a different price on the phone, when I... picked up it was $2 more on a $55 order 2. They said 30 mins, it was 45 3. I leave with my order after they told me all wasthere, and they forgot to give me one of the items. Lame. I?ll go all the way to Edinburg/Rootstown next time. Your employee working last night used a fake name while asking who we were speaking to. She said it was ?Erin?. I called today.... They have nobody by that name. I used to work at a pizza shop and I know they use fake names on purpose to not get in trouble.She sent our order to the wrong address, argued multiple times that we didn't live in Alliance. She had our address wrong. Wehave ordered from here all the time, our number and address is in the database. After waiting almost 2 hours, we asked for arefund she got defensive and said I quote "we aren't delivering to these people". Very disrespectful. Not worth our time or ourmoney. Read more

It was ok. Chicken was dry and too done. The potato wedges (jo Joe's) weren't done and the breading was very crunchy actually... threw them away because it was like biting into a crunchy breaded uncooked potato. Read more
