Definitely (And Defiantly) not 24/7 and clearly whoever runs the place has no idea how to change their Google business hours.... You pull up to the menu board at 11:30pm to the normal automated message making them appear open. After waiting for some time arude worker screams "We're Closed!" I putted up to the drive thru and I was asked to hold on. ( don't mind it happens ) however very disrespectful I was told to... hold on. And other drive thru a truck pulled up as I was sitting waiting. The truck order an got served before I got my orderyeah that mad me mad. However I love McDonald's and people mess up an makes mistakes all the time it's life we are all human .But when everytime I go. My food seems to get sloppy less or cold. At drive thru, lady was very rushy. My order VS what I got: 1 double hamburger with no mustard, what I got 1 plain double... hamburger, nothing else. 2 McDoubles with NO ONION, what I got, 1 McDoulble with onion and one pickle, 1 McDouble with onepickle and no mustard. They weren't that busy. Had someone waiting for a bag smaller than mine. Gave me no straw with my drink,no napkins, cashier was very nice, person handing food, much ruder. Read more
Pretty good on time and the food was cooked correctly. Not bad at all for a fast convenient place to eat on your lunch break.... Sometimes it takes a little too long but usually they get you in and out. Read more
Do not go to this McDonalds. The one on the other side of town is better. Update 5/12/22: photos included of the RAW burgers my... husband and I were served. I am absolutely disgusted. Alissa the manager offered to replace, we respectfully declined.???? 5/17/21 whoever contacted me today regarding this issue was clearly upset that I posted this to Google. I think he said hisname was John? He stated ?well Google can?t help you, I can, so what?s the point of posting to Google??. Because your customersdeserve the right to know how their food is being served! And when I told him this wasn?t the first time we have had a problemwith his restaurant. He proceeded to ask me why I go back? Absolutely disgusting. The fries were old and I didn't get the right sandwich. The sandwich I got was soggy plus it didn't even... have the hot dressing it's supposed to come with. Smh I ordered a C4 crispy chicken deluxe....anyway I definitely don'trecommend this McDonald's in Alliance. Read more
Hi-tech soda machines but ketchup dispenser at ALL McDs have gone down hill. Better off asking for packets every time. Newly... remodeled and very modern. Different areas are sectioned off and give you a different look and feel. The children?s area wasvery nice and clean. The staff was really nice and friendly but they still don?t compare to Chick-fil-a. Read more
