I stopped to purchase 3 subs around 8:25 pm on Saturday April 23, 2022 to find this store closed with no cars in its parking... lot. Their closing time for Saturdays is supposed to be 10:00 pm. You can't sell product or keep customers if you're not open. Oh well, Subway's loss was Burger King's gain! Read more
After placing a on the mobile app for the Oxford location in Alliance and they didn't have my order and refused to make my... sandwiches after showing them charge for my order and was told to call corporate. I called my cousin upset he told me to callthe other locations here in Alliance to make sure I had the right location. I contacted this location 1st and I spoke with ayoung lady by the name of Kelly and I told her my situation and she didn't hesitate to help me. She said well if you come hereI'll be more than welcome to make them for you; I'll reach out to my manager. I arrived and she was the nicest person I haveencountered at a Subway. I showed her the charge for my order. She made our sandwiches with a smile and was very kind. I willnow go to this subway. Read more
Oh I really did not care for it. I got meatball sub no taste. I just think it's ho hum. The staff were not as friendly. There is... handicap parking bathroom. But all around nope. But these as I say are my opinions. Read more

One of my favorite subways in alliance. Its usually quiet and the dining room is very spacious with big comfy chairs. I imagine... it was set up with big crowds in mind but not sure how often it sees those. The staff actually have the time to make yoursandwich without a giant rush. It seems like its always a steady flow of customers instead. I think it makes all the differencebecause the sandwiches are always great and the ingredients always taste fresh. Tea is good here whether it be sweet orunsweet. I'm sad that they no longer carry soup though. Read more
