There were kiosks available at the door if you already knew what you would like to order, or you could order in person at the... counter. Clean resturant, fast service, amd friendly staff. I ordered the Flatbread pizza and it was cooked perfectly. Myhusband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Both dishes were wonderful. First time eating at a Panera Bread and it was a pleasantexperience. Food is good, but everytime I order a bowl soup to go I still get the cup size , just charges more. If they don?t have a bowl of... soup for to go orders they should mention that. Ok. This panera at this location is very slow. Workers talk way too much with customers (their friends) and don't focus on... work. They get an extra star for putting fresh coffee out when u told them it was out. But seriously. They had a line ofpeople and were more interested in talking about who was going to make the cookies and who was working next weekend. Read more

as of the past two years the quality of this panera has gone down a lot -when ordering online, its very inconsistent when you... customize your order such as add-ons. It seems they run out of ingredients very often but do not notify you even online. -Morethan half of the times I went to this panera the chicken noodle soup has been mostly broth with barely any more than twospoonfuls of chicken or noodle.
