Not the best dairy queen i been to. They didnt have any cotton candy blizzard and instead of telling me that they gave me plain... vanilla with cotton candy sprinkles. Didn't like it at all so it was a waste. Other than that my experience has been decent. Read more

I love paying $10 for ice-cream (blizzard) that constantly comes melted and the workers brush me off. I'll just get my kids ice... cream elsewhere that will actually care. I should get the same quality blizzard from the drive thru as I would walking throughthe door. Yet my kid opened the lid only to have her ice cream pour all over her and her seat because it was melted. Read more

Worst location ever. They shouldn't of even replaced it from the old Dairy Queen that used to be there. The parking is... ridiculous, to get in and out of that drive thru, your full size truck ain't gettin through there smoothly. The prices areoutrageous compared to other Dairy Queens, last time I was in there it smelt like the vet place next door, attached to DairyQueen. Such an unfortunate thing for our community. Worst DQ experience ever. I live nearby so I?ve been to this location a few times. Lousy customer service. One time I waited and... waited while the cashier was talking and socializing with another staff member. No interaction or respect toward the customer atall. Also, VERY expensive $5+ for a snack size blizzard?? Seriously. I?m not going back. I don?t feel like my business isappreciated. Read more

I'm not from the area and stopped through to redeem a reward. I went through the drive-through only to be told that my reward... could not be accepted because I did not have a code?? At any other location I've had no problem with them scanning the barcodeat the drive-through but apparently this location was not knowledgeable of how to do so therefore I went without my order. Notto mention the 15 minutes spent in the drive-through line.. Absolutely no judgment of the staff that were there but perhapsbetter training from the owner of the establishment to his staff so that this issue doesn't happen again. ??????? Read more

Service was quick, employees were friendly, but the prices are grossly unconscionable. Since when is a small Blizzard SEVEN... DOLLARS!? I had to get a receipt as I thought there must have been an error. How can you go from $3.69 to $7?? I understandprices have been going up for everything, but there is nothing justifiable about price gouging. Shameful! Read more

New building. First new experience is good. They follow covid rules. They have a flow through the building. They take everyone... on a first come first serve basis. My kid was happy she got a pretty rainbow log cake. Sorry no photos cake was devoured. I gotwice a year. Staff is polite and do what I ask. The ice cream is always exactly what I want. They also have gluten andlactose options. Read more
