Very disappointing, it seemed to be understaffed for the volume of customers, I got my order to go and once I started eating I... found that the chicken I ordered was VERY well done, the sandwich had 3 prices of lettuce on it and the rest was in the box onthe side not on the sandwich, the foundation drink was glad and has 0 carnation to it and took quite some time to get the orderin the first place, the only good thing were the fries as they were fresh and cooked properly. Food here is great! and is very healthy for you as well. If you have any health problems I recommend eating here everyday.

I ordered 2 frapps when no one was around. Tons of people came in and everyone got served before me. 2 frapps. A very simple... drink. After waiting 15min and not seeing my number on the screen I asked for a refund. Don't waste your time, they don't care. Read more
This particular visit we decided to go inside...well that was a joke.. ceiling was leaking big time, waited forever, so many... kids working there with no customer service skills ???????????? my daughter clearly asked for a peach smoothie she got blueberryinstead ?????????????????????? I am not sure what should have been my first red flag - the fact everyone was goofing off behind the counter or that no hair... nets were being used? Probably should have walked away then, but did decide to order, only to end up with a raw burger. Didbring it back, had some quick excuse and was given another. No other attempt to right what was done. This is not a monetarything. I could care less. I am, however, very upset that there is a lack of accountability and respect from your team members.That your customers health, is not even considered. I am understanding of the human error factor - but in this case, it was purenegligence. I am certain you have procedures and temp checks that should have been followed? Please manage your team members,compensate customers who express concerns, and perhaps you won't end up with a review like this. Read more

Need to hire more people or have more people in. Was standing in line for my food for 25 minutes. For half the time I was in... line no one was given their food. I asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and no onions I also offered fries and asmoothie. When I got my order 25 minutes later all I got was a quarter pounder with onions and cold fries. I got lunchtime is abusy time but at least book enough people in so people don?t have to wait 25 minutes for their order and if they are waiting 25minutes for the order the least you guys can do is make sure their order is right.
