I have been going at this location for 1.5 years and quality of food is getting poor every single day. Tonight, i got my dinner... from here, rice and chicken was cold, sticky and uncooked. This wasn?t made for humans for sure. I went to return food and askedfor supervisor/manager but non onsite. Employee working there didn?t wanted to share manager?s contact. The food here was good. It was quite clean inside, washrooms were clean too. There was a tick bug by the cash, but that may be... out for their control. They messed our order up initially but made everything right and the food was really good. The onlything I found concerning here is that the guy cooking was wearing slides with bare feet... kind of disgusting to me and I'm notsure if it's a health violation, but then again he's not cooking with his feet. this location to me is quite consistent. We had a Chicken Shawarma Platter and Beef Shawarma with rice (or rocks as they call... it). So good, would say that I've ordered her atleast 10 to 15 times and it's amazing!! And most important here is the fairprice! Read more
My usual order is the lamp with a salad or fries, and it is amazing! The staff there is really sweet and respectful. They always... have a smile on their face and are very polite when taking my order. The order is always correct. And the portions are verygenerous and worth the price. Here feedback of My experience: The locations staff were very nice and they also helped me understand the menu better. The... food was being made fresh as i ordered. Portions were great! The restaurant looked clean and well kept. Especially the kitchenwas very clean. The interior of the restaurant is nice and well kept. Falafels were not fully cooked in the centre and very dark on the outside. I think they need to lower the oil temperature to... evenly cook them and they need to change their oil. The spices in it are different, definitely not traditional as it wasn?tgreen meaning there?s no parsley in it. That went into the garbage. The fattoush salad was my favourite part of the meal, freshand tasted traditional. The mixed platter meals were ok, the garlic sauce didn?t have a strong garlic taste like it should, hotsauce has a kick. The meat was spiced but still tasted bland as it needed salt.
