I am working for Uber Eats. Came to pick up order for the customer after 11 pm. The doors were locked so I went to the only open... lane in the drive through. The lady from the window said I need provide them the customer's name. I showed the customer's nameto her from my Uber app. Then she said that I need to circle back and said this name throw speakerphone. Seriously? So I needto circle back one more time for nothing? There is no policy anywhere to be seen on this matter. The employees of this placewasted my working time and didn't even bother to apologize. The manager at night gave me an attitude like it was my fault thatthey have this idiotic policy. I have never been so disappointed. Terrible service ! Read more

Stop charging people for sauce because I definitely went behind the counter and just took some anyway. Had to wait for new fries... because the ones they tried to sell me were cold and stale and then they thought they should proceed to make me pay for sauceafter the trash customer service. The service was decent, with this McDonald's being in Boston I would expect the table to be more clean due to the higher... population. When I walked in I noticed there were dried stains from drinks on the table and there were multiple stains ondifferent tables. That indicates that they have not been wiped down nor disinfected. I ended up taking my food and driving whileI eat. Read more
