just came from DD on Brighton ave Allston Mass ordered a turkey sausage cheese and egg on a toasted muffin at 9:33:30 am ... 8/10/2022 order #8943 came out on a croissant I had it redone on a muffin when I got home the muffin was as hard as arock uneatable. I don't know if they were angry at me because they got the order wrong or if all the muffins were that way andthat's why they put it in a croissant they probably don't sell many muffins. I am vegan going to this location for the past 20 years Always they change worker's Ask them to change the gloves when they do... my bagels cuse gloves touch the meat before but they didn't , they said" we too busy to do it sorry" ! coffee wise this is dunkin is horrible. One time I got a coffee which was kinda luke warm and tasted like water. I've never... asked a coffee place to give me a new coffee before, but did then. The replacement coffee I received was hot, but also tastelike straight water. I just left after that. If I were to rate this on product alone it would be a one star. Bagels are not fresh in the mornings. I ordered bagels on different morning to see if they were ever fresh, and No. They don?t... take the time to property toast, I always get food back cold. On the other hand they keep the area clean and safe! Read more
Delivery from here was held up after the manager apparently accused my delivery guy of 'stealing the food' because 'he was on a... bike'. Delivery guy was also black. I don't think the bike was the problem. Food was fine though. Read more
