Everytime I order thru the app at this place. It's never ready, always have to ask for my order They never have to food I order.... No Pumpkin Donuts or Munchkins, no breakfast sandwiches. no no no. Only order coffee. They put in a lbs of diabetes in thecoffee. Beware! Read more
This is the closest Dunkin to my house & I used to like it but truthfully the manager, Maria, has poor customer service skills... so I will have to go to another one going forward. About a month ago I ordered 2 donuts (of different varieties) on the app formy son & after LEAVING the parking lot had to turn around because they gave me 2 of the same donuts! This made me late but thekicker is that Maria actually pulled one of the donuts out of the bag & threw it in the trash right in front of me! What everhappened to "keep it for your trouble?" Rude! Today was the last straw though, I ordered a LARGE iced beverage with oatmilk &had to remind her of the oatmilk a second time to ensure she charged me correctly..I was using a free beverage reward & paid the53 cents for the oatmilk. She walks over with a medium beverage & I say "I ordered a large" She replied with "I only charged youfor a medium." I said "I used a free beverage reward & I ALWAYS GET A LARGE!" I really do only get large iced drinks from therebecause for less than 30 cents more it ensures you don't get a cup of ice. She remade the beverage with an attitude & didn'teven apologize for her mistake..tried to make me feel like I ordered wrong when I order the SAME thing always & half the time Iorder it with her. I won't go back to this location now..at least for a long while. **It's also worth noting that their donutsare tiny & hard as hockey pucks. Very good selection of doughnuts & drinks. I couldn't find what i was looking for & they gave me good suggestions & explained... drinks to me. Gave me a bag w/ handles to carry my goodies back to my hotel when i asked. Great customer service! Read more

They need to check their bagels more often. Ordered a bagel and went to work. Only to not be able to bite into the bagel. I wear... braces, my teeth are sensitive. But that bagel is not edible, very very hard and stale. Now I have no breakfast, verydisappointing! Won?t be ordering again. Read more
