This place has zero custumer service. They ignore you when you walk in. I had to ask for help. Watched as young lady grabbed my... biscuit with her bare hand and threw it in the box. Asked for a different biscuit didn't even get an apology. Ordered a 3 piecereceived 2 pieces. Word of advise.. Check your order before you leave this place and watch them make your food. Read more

We ordered the eight-piece meal bucket with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw on the side. We got the world?s worst mac and... cheese instead of the requested potatoes, and the fried chicken must have come from a very scrawny bird. Extremely small andmushy. We wanted the mashed potatoes and gravy more than anything else, and do not discover the error until we got home with theorder. I will never order here again. Read more
They denied me access to the restroom, as a paying customer. They had a sign saying it was "out of order" but I know it was... working because I saw employee's friend ask to use it, but not me. It was an emergency and no amount of begging made them changetheir minds. I ended up having to beg the 7/11 across the street. Never coming back. Read more
Ordered the 5-wings? combo. Food was actually better than my expectation! No dine-in yet.
They don't give accurate food orders and barely speak English. They say next window after you order anything. Would recommend... you go to the other side of Boston for better service. Read more
