Went for dinner with our friends ,Rich and Shannon, have been several times always gotten the pork shank which is amazing... decided we were going to try something different Blown away by the burrito Blanco . Good service, good size portions, interesting mushroom salsa. A little pricey, most likely due to Covid times.
I cannot say enough about this absolute gem of a restaurant. Where to start? Plenty of seating in both restaurant and bar and... from almost every everywhere you have a water view. The chips and salsa to start not only have excellent refried beans andsalsa, but a unique mushroom salsa that is tangy and mouth-watering, made by an in house employee. The entree portions are largeand you could very well be taking home lunch for the next day. The food is fresh with quality ingredients and the servers andgreeter were all really on top of things.The drinks were well made and strong; you don't have to wonder if there is actuallyalcohol! The 2 Margaritas Tea is fabulous, as well as the Cadillac Margarita and good beers are on tap. The place was full bothtimes we stopped by during the past week. Do not hesitate to to drop by. Lived in WA for 2 years now. Came from Southern CA where there were lots of good Mexican food options. I have been to about 6... different ones since I've lived here and 2 Margaritas has been by far the best I've tried since I moved. Great food, largeportions, yummy Cadillac Margarita! I had the 3 item combination plate and the meal was huge! Pictures show my 2 plates offood. One plate is pork burrito, shredded beef chimichanga, rice & beans. Other plate is a chalupa. I wasn't sure what thatwas, looked it up on my phone and appeared it was a deep fried taco basically, which it was, just the size of an entire plate! Views across the street of the the North Bay. Loved the atmosphere and the people were so kind and speedy. Great view. Food was 4 out of 5 stars. Was all really good besides... I asked for plain chicken enchiladas and idk what was in there but not plain, still good lol. An drinks were strong as hell lol.Good or bad thing? Idk lol. Read more
They have great food, but don?t expect great service. Unless maybe you are a regular in their bar. I have gone in to eat in... the bar area (because there is more space in that part of the restaurant) on more than one occasion during an ?off? time(3:30-ish) and have been essentially ignored. No one comes to check on how your food is, I?ve had to ask for water refills,when they do engage you it?s like they could care less if you were there. No kindness, no conversation, NOTHING. The onlyreason I go back is the food (a great assortment of choices) and the fact that it is like 7 minutes from my house. Read more
