Hideous experience. No excuse for their lack of knowledge. (Including the manager) I do not know how to use the app is not the... answer for any issues. Not honoring a sale from the app when they can not help customers who are having a problem using the appis uncalled for. Telling other customers that other people have problems with the app is not the answer either. Retraining isthe answer. Asking questions to higher management is the answer. Running customers off is not acceptable. I'm gonna see aboutgetting them some help with their problems. Read more
Their sign and website says they close at 11 pm on Saturday. Went there at 10:20 The door's was locked The employees ignored me... . Not a way to run a business and to get customers me and my family will not be back this experience ruined it for us Read more

OK I hadn't issued not with Subway itself I had an issue with the doordash app which that has been complained about and resolved... but anyways my refuse my review is more towards the customer service I received from an individual at the actual store Sarah sheis a great customer service representative she is polite she is knowledgeable and she does what she needs to be done to helpthe customer resolve his issue no matter what it might be I had a very very weird request And she didn't bad an eye she didn'tcomplain she didn't Huff and puff she just acknowledged what I wanted repeat it back to me to make sure it was what I wanted andget it done I want to send ten stars to Sarah at subway in alma on 71 hwy but at least it only lasts me give five stars if I wasfor sure she get Acknowledge for this I'll create 10 more accounts just to sing her prays my kids r wired and she made themhappy thank u so much Sarah I hope someone somewhere sees this and gives u a raise like an extra 3 dollars Read more

Nice staff but a little bit new to the muslim culture I think. When I ask them to use clean knife, they seemed confused but... later on they understood. It needs to be cleaned more. I think overall, everything is good. Read more
If I could give zero I would!!! I went through and paid 30 dollars for two BOSS sandwiches and got all the way home for them to... be meatball subs that cost quite a bit less!!! I called immediately and talked to the girl who sold me the sandwiches. Shestated she would write it down. So three days later I call to get my order replaced and I am told that they don't have itwritten down and I would have to speak to the district manager! Will never get my business again and I come through at least 3×a week. I worked fast food as a manager for half my life and would NEVER treat a customer this badly. Shame on you subway ofalma!!!
