Loved Domino's for years in a different town. Moved to alma and tried it twice and we will not be going back. First try was dry... and seemed a bit burnt. Figured it was a fluke but the second order was delivered with the wrong stuff. Pizza was a bit better,but at this point it's Sam's, Caesars or Main Street for us. There?s a problem when I?m paying for a chicken Alfredo bowl and literally only the bottom of the pan is covered. 2 noodles deep... is how much I got and a literal puddle of grease. This is the 3rd time now. 5 cheese dip is burnt and like rubber. Parmesanbites - burnt. Every part of our order was burned and gross. This place seems to be going downhill. Read more
**SEE PHOTOS** Ordered an Italian sub, Parmesan bites with five cheese dipping sauce, lava cakes and Alfredo pasta. It took an... hour to get delivered, ok, it?s a Saturday evening. Everything is burnt!! The five cheese dipping sauce was so over cooked, youcouldn?t dip anything in it. And there was barely anything there. Tried stirring it with a fork and the little thin layer of?sauce? that was there, crumbled and was stuck to the pan it came in. The Alfredo pasta was burnt, and barely had any sauce. TheItalian sandwich was burnt and literally had nothing on one end of the sandwich. Haven?t tried the lava cakes yet, but they arehard as a rock around the edges. Only thing decent is the Parmesan bread bites. Only reason they?re getting one star, is becauseI can?t give zero stars. Read more
Oof. From a 5 star to a 1, this store has literally gone to one of the worst restaurants in Gratiot County. Literally, no... exaggeration, at least one pizza is made wrong EVERY single time we order. We ended up giving it a month to see if maybe therewere new hires who needed more time learning but no. Ordered last night for the first time since August 5th, only to have thesimplest pizza we ordered, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, completely wrong, on tip of the order taking so long to get delivered thefood had to be reheated. they mostly have good service and great food. I can never complain about the food. But the service is my issue. I grab a pizza a... lot on my way home from work and when the night shift guy with a beard is talking to a guy who went through the drive thru thewrong way and just laughing pointing at the line of cars who have been waiting there in the parking lot for 30+ minutes eventhough the tracker said our food was done. By the time the bearded employee finished his 30+ minute conversation with his buddy(who by the way wasn't even a customer) I was able to pull up to the window to get my food. I usually love this place but withemployees like this it is hard to continue to come back. Read more
