My parents drove 2 1/2 hours to visit my boys & I. Decided on kfc for dinner & unfortunately they refused to fill our 20 pc... order. Made us pay more for a 16 pc & it didn?t feed my family of 6. So unfortunately we had to cook more food to add to our kfcmeal. The manager also didn?t give us our free cookies. We got more gravy than anything. They refused to give us our coupon backto stating that they aren?t allowed to sell 20 pieces so they weren?t allowed to give us our coupon back. First time and lasttime ever going there. Not returning unless they make it right! My dad only bought it instead of leaving bc he didn?t wannabreak his promise to my special needs children and disappoint them. We love coming to KFC and haven't had a bad experience yet. The one in Alma is pretty good, restaurant was clean and staff were... nice. Not to mention the bucket of pop was a cool perk lol. They even gave the kids free cookies which was a first for us. Read more
1st let me say thank you for being open for dine in service. The cashier today was very very kind and sincere. We arrived at... 12:00 noon. Not a single patron inside. I ordered first. 4 PC combo extra crispy. They didn't have extra crispy available.Original was all they had . I agreed to original. The pieces of chicken were very old looking and small. Our total cost forthe meal 3 persons was $37.06. Mashed potatoes were very bad. Im extremely disappointed. Read more

Friendly service. I'm that customer who ALWAYS asks for my food fresh to order so I love it when a KFC staff does not make a big... deal out of it or tries to talk me into getting wings that came up not too long ago. My wings were made fresh to order, Hot,crispy, and fresh!! Read more
Food was good but the staff seemed to be walking on eggshells and arguing. EDIT: My grandma called them to ask if she could... place an order. They told her she had to do it on the app and my grandma does not have a smart phone. When she informed theemployee of that, the employee said hold on and never came back to the phone.
