Every time we get breakfast they mess the order up. They give the wrong items or forget something on the order all together.... Last time they messed the order up 4 times while we were waiting for the correction. Today we ordered a sausage egg cheesemuffin and a sausage muffin what we received was bacon egg cheese biscuit and a sausage biscuit. Will not be going back forbreakfast ever!! Read more
I got a sandwich fries and a coffee. I love Mcdonald's coffee but it had an odd taste. I had to throw it out. By the time I got... it cooled off I was on the road heading toward the Cadillac area. Is this how they are making quarter pounder deluxe?? Sooo disappointed...lacking anything special and burger patty was dry. ... Only reason we stopped was for grandkids who still get excited about happy meal Toys. We have now decided even the toy is notworth the stop. I will give high marks for the fries???? Read more
I hate coming to this McDonalds. We always wait for ever for our food and then they can never make it .. McDoubles my bf got... tasted like the meat came off the kitchen floor. My Fish wasn't fresh at it it was like chewing on rubber I ordered extra tartedsauce and they put it on the side of the sandwich not in a lil cup or nothing. Literally on the side of the bun. Our fries hadno flavor to them at all. 20$ and a hr later we cnt get our money back. Never again am i ???? going back to that McDonald's ???? Read more

We placed an order through the app, we have 7 people in our family so it's much easier. Not the first time we have ordered... through the app. The girl came out and said "guys I hate to say this but next time go to burger king" then said something alongthe lines of her having to waddle out with 2 drink carriers and a bag of food. Both my fiance and I were shocked at what she hadsaid that we just took our order and went on pur way. When we processed it. We found it VERY rude to say to anyone! Otherwisethe food was good. It came out hot. Maybe next time ask for help to carry a large order out. Like I said we've never had aproblem the 4-5 other times and 3 different locations with the size of our order. Food is usually made fast and right. Edit: was waiting on fries last night and when they gave me my food, I realized they... didn't give me my fries when I got home. Wasn't going back after getting home. Read more
