Had two small, separate orders in drive thru and they refused to take our orders. It's up to the managers discretion if they are... short staffed. Yet theres multiple cars in drive through and taking other people's orders. Never have I been turned away if abusiness was open and serving. What poor customer service. They forgot an item in almost every one of our orders. The Chalupa I had had no lettuce and the top 2/3rds was empty, my cheesey... bean and rice burrito was also 2/3rds empty roll. The real kicker is our spicy potato soft taco DIDN'T HAVE POTATOES! I can'teven make it up. And to top it off, the kiask didn't send me my receipt so I couldn't really fight anything. Horrible. Food was correct. They were slammed so we had a longer than usual wait. The manager compensated with free taco coupons and... apologized. The kids on the line were trying as fast as they could. The manager was ok with staff one minute but yelling atthem the next. He had a foot wrapped in an ace bandage and kept saying he shouldn?t be on it - how sanitary is that on thekitchen floor? I purposely avoid this Taco Bell because of their system of taking orders manually instead of utilizing the normal menu. It?s... really frustrating to have to order without looking at a menu and feeling rushed. I guarantee introverts will avoid this placeas well. Order short 2 tacos in drive thru. Go inside. Lots of chaos about 2 missing tacos including backing up the drive thru order... taker. 2 tacos and no receipt again. Get home tacos are wrong with lettuce which was talked about the team when i came in toretrieve my 2 tacos. Call the store and i was literally told to go F%CK MYSELF. The manager here is a worthless one. He told me to go F myself after the fact they messed up my order. Not once but twice. A... simple soft taco with just meat and cheese. Very disappointed with Alma Taco Bell. Do not recommend eating there. Hot sauce packets I received with my Drive thru order was... all stuck together with gross looking sticky stuff all over them. Cluster of 10-12 packets stuck together, ended up throwingthem away. Nacho Bell Grande was very sloppy put together, cheese sauce, chips stuck all over where lids snaps on.Not attractiveat all.
