Burgers were cold and I mean room temp at best. It was a very busy time, 12 to 15 cars in drive thru and 10 plus customers... inside. The wait was long, not just to low staffing, the had 5 people,that I could count, just they all moved so very slow. Read more
The food looked and tasted good but the cleanliness of the inside of the building made me really think about actually eating the... food. The floors were so sticky it was like walking on tape, and I?m not Sure of the last time that the drink machine received agood wipe down, the dirt and grim from peoples fingers was disgusting. The drive thru wait is WAY too long, especially since it looked like not many were going inside to order. We tried, but the... doors were locked on one side of it , so we waited and waited and waited!! When we finally got to the speaker to order we waitedanother 5 minutes to be told they ran out of cheese. They need to get this figured out because it's been like this way toolong!! Whoever is managing it now needs help! Put up a sign saying long waits due to short staffing or something! Worstexperience and so expensive! Will go to a restaurant and wait and get good food with better service for the price! Read more
Even tho they last time we were here, we ended up not eating because the line in drive thru was long and not moving fast, which... I'm assuming has to do with short staff and not the staff itself, I've never actually had a problem here. Food is good, frieshot and yummy. Keep up the good work! Read more
Waited at the drive up window after placing my order for about 10 minutes.. guy behind the glass straight ignored me, no other... cars behind me. After waiting for him to at least acknowledge me or take my money I finally drove off...would give zero stars ifI could. I understand a wait if it's busy but there wasn't a car in the line or anyone inside eating in. Read more
Stopped in any there was a great group of high schoolers there, nice kids and the staff was working their behinds off. The food... was great and warm. I will stop there again if I am in the area. Read more
The food was good and the place was moving at a alright lace for obviously being short staffed. Even though service was a little... slower than usual I was patient and alright with having to wait a little longer. At the end of my drive home i get everythingout and see they left out a fry, not the end of the world though. I still appreciate those who were there doing their best toget the job done but if things are going slower than usual the least that can be done should be accuracy to make up for theslower pace. Well. I was in the drive through with my mother on one occasion. We were the only vehicle there. No one in front of or behind... us. A couple people inside already sat down. It took them 35 minutes to get our order to us, and to top it off pretty mucheverything on their menu was "unavailable" they are the absolute WORST fast food establishment i have ever been to.
