Several visits here over the years and I think a manager really needs to get with his or her crews to push friendlier greetings... and attention to customers and general appearance. The floors were dirty and needed sweeping and a mop job. First off, therewas no swearing by employees about the manager on this visit. That is an improvement. A young girl was cussing about themanager because she was but chewed for being late... don't be late and don't cuss behind the counter. Today, November 6th, 2019. The person who was working was disrespectful and didn?t take her time, she rushed even though there... was nobody there besides me ordering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I recommend going to Romeo where there are people thatrepresent what a fast food should be. Read more
I never give reviews unless the people are outstanding. I went here after a far away cross country meet and it was terrible... service. A guy working had no customer service and didn?t say a thing to me the whole time. He gave single word responses andwith his GLOVES on touched his glasses. The pop machine didn?t work. There was one nice girl that came in for her 4 o?clockshift who saved the day but they are super slow and I really wish I read the reviews before we stopped at that subway. Wouldn?trecommend. Honestly I am unsure how this place manages to stay open. I?ve only lived in Almont 6 months but been here a handful of times... and each time it was a poor experience. Now maybe I?m being judgey since I?ve worked at a subway years ago and I know the ropesbut these people are slow. They are always out of something, this time out of 4 items. Items that I know are easily ?made?unless really they are completely out? Or are they just not making more because it?s 8:15pm and they close at 9. Which theyshould close at 10pm in my opinion. But that?s not the point. This time at least they were in uniform and not a camo hoodie andjeans making sandwiches for their friends. This location is terrible. If you order online, they ignore it and dont bother to begin making it until you come in and get in... line. Has happened on multiple occasions. On top of that of you do not watch them like a hawk, the WILL get your order wrong nomatter how many times you tell them. The place is always dirty. The floors are disgusting and rarely cleaned. The worst Subway I've ever been in. It's lunch time, we don't have forever for you to make a sandwich. Stood in line for 15... minutes waiting for the 3 people ahead of me to be served. Then finally my sandwich was made. They are always out of something.No lettuce, or no green peppers, no this bread or that bread, no mayo, ALWAYS SOMETHING. The same 2 guys are always working whenI go to lunch Kyle and Mike. Kyle is more concerned on flirting with female customers and making jokes than working. And Mike isalways trying to wrangle Kyle in to do his job and fix Kyle's mistakes. The place is a joke, only go if you have a lot of timefor lunch. I spent 25 minutes in subway today for 1 sandwich. That's RIDICULOUS! I've even called orders ahead like a half anhour before I'd be there. They weren't ready when I got there. Not going back... ever. Read more
Friendly and fast service, and they always get your order right. Only issue I have had is the fact that they cannot seem to keep... employees long enough to learn the trade of making a sub and whatever else goes on behind the scenes because sometimes they'reout of toppings and they haven't made fresh bread but other than that the service is normally good. The manager is the problem here! PLEASE FIRE ROXY! This subway was such an amazing place to go until she took over. I have had... several friends work at this location. She runs her employees ragged, and speaks down to them. She will even insult them infront of customers. Roxy's mom works there and often times you can see Roxy's 10 year old son WORKING there and he has actuallyrang me up before. She posts the schedule at midnight the day before it takes effect. She even fired a long term employeebecause he told her that was not okay. Get rid of Roxy and this place will thrive. Read more
