I had Hawaiian pizza tonight at Mamma?s Place and it was excellent. I have been going to the restaurant for several years and... can say that the meals are always great. The owner made the pizza and was serving as well. As usual he was very friendly andcourteous. I had not been in the store for a while but he still remembered my last name. I was surprised and impressed at thesame time because it says a lot about the importance, he places on getting to know his customers. In fact, all his staff arealways courteous and friendly. He has obviously done a great job of hiring the right people and making customer service a toppriority. I do recall a time when they made a mistake with my pizza order. The owner automatically offered to make another pizzaand he offered the pizza they had mistakenly prepared free of charge. All to say, the food is great, the customer service isexcellent and when they make a mistake, they fix the problem to keep their customers happy. I highly recommend Mamma?s Pizza. Read more

Awful! Ordered online said 33 minutes. Was delivered in an hour and 20. Food sat in vehicle for at least 20 minutes as per... driver. Food cold and way overpriced. Sent the food back with driver. Never even had a bite! Spoke to owner he told me he?llrefund the money, great thanks! And what about the hour and half of waiting for our supper only to be cold and yelled at because?they?re busy? stop wasting your hard earned money on this place. We look forward to our refund and will never order again fromthis restaurant. Maybe update your online ordering so people are aware the food takes an hour or more to arrive? We could havewent out for supper as a family. Instead you wasted our evening. It?s definitely new owners it?s not like what it once was. Doyourselves a favour and save the headache of price gauges and terrible customer service. Don?t make excuses like your too busy!?You see the line up at Tim Hortons in the morning? oh and I don?t why you think your so special. Mark my words, this is what Iwas told. Great pizza ! Best poutine ever! I have never had a poutine that was so good. It's my go to meal now !

First off, I barely ever write reviews. It was take out night at a group home I work at. We placed over a $100 order for take... out. The order was messed up, the food was sub par and the owner was very short while placing the order. I called to explain andgive feedback. The woman on the phone was nice. She did not try and remedy the issue, however. I understand things are crazynow. But, food quality should not take a hit given the circumstances. Online order so I paid upfront. They charge a $9 delivery fee plus tip which you want to be healthy one for the drivers after... the pandemic. Called to check on my order after an hour, they said it would be there in 7 minutes, clearly it hadn't even leftyet. Got it almost 15 mins later from I?m pretty sure the hostess/waitress. So cold the box wasn?t even warm. If you?re goingto take an 1h15m to deliver a cold pizza that takes 20 mins to make? don't charge, or at least reimburse delivery.
