The lettuce was rotten. Every time. I don't understand. Every time I ask for "extra" of a topping somehow I get LESS than I do... if i ask for a little at any other subway location. cucumbers were already turning, vegetables like peppers and onions were dryindicating they were old, and service was unfriendly, when i asked for extra spinach, the person rolled her eyes and grabbed asingle leaflet of spinach. Stood in line and waiting for 10 minutes for 1 female employee to make 1 foot long and 1 6inch on 1 order from start to finish,... cashes them out then comes over. Thinking it's finally my turn after the wait, NOPE she starts two online orders, doesn't speakto me nothing. At that point I was completely frustrated and super unimpressed. Worse subway ever. It doesn't even deserve 1star. I will happily go to Kanata for my sub where it takes like not even half the time to make my sub. Absolutely ridiculous!Do not go to this subway unless you have half an hour to waste waiting. Read more
The bread a Subway is weird. I haven't eaten there for a while but I'm not sure I'm going to return anytime soon. I don't care... for the food. The service at this location was good and staff was friendly. The store was clean. Read more
This store has no care of common sense. I go in and ask for a gluten free bun. Staff didn't change their gloves, continued to... use the same knife use before. Threw the toppings on that it was everywhere but the sandwich. Would never tell anyone to go herevery rude. Read more
Standard fare for a Subway but the staff are very friendly and make for an enjoyable meal.
