Went to try the new vegan burger and it wasn?t ready, but the workers were so great. They replaced the new patty for the old... patty but used the new cheese and sauce. Good food but expensive, slow, cheating/confusing card machine. So many faster, cheaper options nearby! No, I don't want to redo... the transaction I accidentally tipped you on, and hold up everyone else even longer. I just won't come back, you are just notworth it, enjoy the tip. My family?s favorite burger place in the Portland area. They have the best burgers around. The special spread is one of a kind.... You can get the spread in cups so you can dip your fries in it. It?s that good! You can also buy the spread in jars. I buy thejars and mail back East to family that no longer live in the Portland so they can buy burgers plain at restaurants and put thisspread on those burgers. The shakes are made with real ice cream. They use Tillamook cheese. This is a must go to place whetheryou live in the Portland/Vancouver area or just visiting. If you?re at the Portland Airport and see the restaurant there, giveit a try. It?s in concourse D. Read more
Wow.. my family and I had high hopes for this place since it's popular. I DONT KNOW WHY! Burger meat was bland. One of the... burgers was cooked rare. Don't mind that but it's a fast food place. You don't get a choice. Suppose to be cooked all the way.All 3 burgers had way too much sauce and made the buns really soggy. Vampire burger was disappointing. Blazin hot pepper chickensandwich had a tasty sauce but too much of it. Seriously McDanolds plain cheeseburger has better seasoning and sauce managementthan Burgerville. Oh the GreenBean fries are pretty good. I like them. Don't get much but they're good. Service sucks even with8 people. Takes awhile for food to come out even when there's not many people inside and in the drive through. AND they ask fora tip at the register when you pay. Shakes are pretty good. All in all. had halibut sandwich, onion rings and portland cold brew milkshake. sandwich and onion rings were very disappointing . So I went inside and ordered food to go. I had been waiting about 25 minutes and my food still was not ready. I asked to talk... to a manager and the shift leader Dakota was extremely rude and kept saying she can give me my refund. I told her i had beenwaiting so long for my food and I need to feed the kids just wanted my food. Also there were a few employees playing aroundtaking each others hats exc.
