The Door Dasher forgot 2 of my pizzas. There was no way to adjust my order for a refund through the Dash app. I ordered through... the website and it gives you the option to order through the website (it said in red letters it was the business preference) oryou could order through Door Dash. I got to the point of finalizing the order and it prompted me to finish through Door Dashanyway. Doing it this way it doesn't recognize the order in the app. I wanted to change my tip, because I had to drive there topick them up. There was no way to adjust the order, so they put me down on some log for free pizzas, which is fine. I justwished I could have had my tip reversed. That's all I really wanted in the first place. Every time I order a pizza for pickup, there are 3 employees in the store, but only one is ever working. I've never seen the... same worker twice. Exceptionally long wait times. The hot n ready pizzas are never ready. Read more

Last several times i have been in, my order has been done wrong. Not so bad that we wont eat it, just not the way i ordered it.... Very slow service here as well. They always say ten to fifteen minutes but I have yet to see it that fast. Usually 25 or more.Even when i order online. Found the trick to getting my order done right. If I specify what goes on the whole pizza, then add inthe half that has different stuff, it gets done right. Can't order it half by half. Lol Read more

I've been going here about once a month for the last couple of years for lunch. I always get the lunch combo. It used to always... be consistently good and the pizza would always be ready and in the portal when I arrived. A few months ago they got a new guyworking in there, and now almost every time the pizza has almost no sauce on it. I'm basically getting cheesy bread withpepperoni on it . And it's never in the portal when I get there. I miss the girls that used to work there, always made perfectpizza and had it ready every time. Put some sauce on your pizza please! Read more

DO NOT go to this location!!!I had to WAIT 45 MINUTES to get my order of 2 pizzas and bread sticks !!!!! FULL STAFF and NOT A... SINGLE ONE of them were in ANY RUSH to get orders out to people waiting. Whoever was in charge that shift of announcing whenthe order were done was PATHETIC AT BEST (and yes I'm being extremely generous with that statement) she BARELY WHISPERED ordersthat were done. The worst they're usually pretty understaffed or just slow but this time Takes the Cake I ordered my pizzas over the phone he... told me in 10 to 15 minutes I got there 15 minutes and still had to wait another 30 to get two pizzas also order the extra mostbestest with extra cheese and a Hawaiian luau with extra cheese and both of them came out plane with huge sections of cheesemissing on the pizza next time I spend 40 bucks I'll be at Domino's or Pizza Hut.
