Cold fries, missed condiment sauce and missing items, frequently just seems to be off. No bbq sauce on the McRib. Breakfast is... generally better than other times of day. It?s close and the mobile ordering is better than most other fast food places. Read more
Service was very slow & overall bad. The one and only napkin dispenser is purposely empty. Customers must ask for napkins & they... don't automatically put them into to go bags either. I ordered a quarter pounder meal & it took 17 minutes to fill my order. Ialso saw the workers taking bags of food out to drive thru customers parked in the parking lot; so apparently those customerswere told to pull through instead of waiting & blocking the drive thru line, OR they messed up their orders. Additionally, EVERYkiosk for ordering meals was out of paper so customers had to memorize their order number. Some customers failed that test &caused confusion as customers looked in orders to see if it was theirs! I don't want random people breathing and poking aroundin my to go bag! As I was waiting I saw two employees clock in, one freshly finishing up picking his nose, so I guess theyeventually got reinforcements to address the extremely poor service, but hopefully they washed their hands before touchingstuff. The food quality was not that good with a quarter cup of raw rough cut onions added to my burger. The fries were ok, butthey were under cooked. All this contributed to me being late for a family members funeral. So yeah, I'm never going back tothat McDonald's location and this was my first visit there. Just terrible from every angle. Service is super slow even after the dinner rush. We canceled our order after waiting 20 minutes and still having the same 6... people in line ahead of us. You'll get faster service at a sit-down restaurant. Read more
This place is foul. I went inside so the kids could get some energy out in the play area. Had to order on a kiosk and wait for... food which is fine but the counter doesn?t have personal. They clearly didn?t have the staff to run the business so I wasn?tsurprised the happy meals didn?t have fries or sauce. What surprised me was the rotten milk that didn?t expire for two moredays. Like I said, no counter person so there was no one to complain to. You could hear the employees just fine dropping F?bombsin the back, tho. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they have the mic on in drive thru while cursing. But they were beyond rude, no... ice in drinks, when asked if I had sweet tea I said no it's supposed to be unsweetened she put her hand up at me and said "whatever" she had the bag of food out for me to grab without saying one word or looking at me. And when I waited for our straws shesaid you need something. Like YES actual customer service is what I need. Not to mention her LONG nails are against health code!No gloves being used and her nails are over an inch long! Read more
I can?t remember the last time I wrote a negative review. By far this is the most disgusting and unprofessional McDonald?s... within the area. Not only it took 30+ minutes for two McChicken?s a large fry and a drink. I understand short staff so I?m OKwith the wait but what I wasn?t OK with was the lack of hygiene the touching of the hair and touching peoples food. Doingcustodial duties while handling food I find that very inappropriate and potentially hazardous. If they had no choice at leastwash your hands before touching food. when they made an error making my drink instead of communicating with me they decided todrink it and make a new one from the outside looking in some people could take very different. 2nd time in a row I used the mobile ordering with the option of table service and it was left on the counter. At least this time... I checked the counter before my food got completely cold. Last time it sat there for the better part of 30 minutes as Ipatiently waited, assuming there was some reasonable delay. At least if you can't bring out my order leave a sign somewhere orsomething, so I can eat my food while it is still above room temperature. Read more
