The pictures say enough.

Made an order online for pick-up and pay at the store. When we got there we were helped by Luther. Our total was $61 and some... change. We go to pay, and hand Luther a $50 and a $20. He tells us he can?t take the $50. I look at him confused as our total isover $50 so why not take the $50. It?s not like we needed a lot of change back. I asked him how that made sense, he startedexplaining to me why, but was very rude in tone, he rolled his eyes at me when I asked the question as well. He made me feellike I was some incompetent person or something. Then a girl who was making pizza came over (with gloves) started tapping thescreen then informs us they can?t take the $50 because they have gotten counterfeit bills before. Her tone was just as rude andsnarky but whatever (she then went back to making pizza without changing gloves). In my head I?m wondering why the company is socheap they wont purchase a counterfeit detector whether it be in pen form or machine, but instead they chose not to except legaltender. So what would have happened had we not had smaller bills? Would they just deny us our dinner because the staff isn?tsmart enough to tell a fake bill from a real one? I wonder how much inventory they waste due to that. Also once we paid and gotour pizza Luther made a more rude comments to me as he handed me the pizza. I tried to ask his name he wouldn?t give it, then hetried to deny me my receipt. Luckily his name was on that so I can make this review. It was our first time at that location andwe won?t be back. This location is one of the best in Oregon. Things always taste fresh and we haven?t had any allergen issues ordering... gluten-free or dairy-free from them. May cost a couple bucks more than a competitor that rhymes with ?bod? but definitely worthit in terms of quality. Staff is always very cheerful and pleasant as well. Read more

They were kind enough to take my order at 7:30 p.m. I know I was getting close to closing time and they made my pizza fairly... quickly. I did a half pepperoni half garlic chicken pizza they put red sauce on the garlic chicken pizza half I didn't noticeuntil I was already home so I couldn't get it changed. Read more

Don't get me wrong, I like papa murphy's. Recently, months ago they started asking the customer if they wanted their penny back... from their change. I know it's only a penny but for crying out loud, just give the customer THEIR change! Today I went in andthey had raised their prices. Fine, but this time they just kept the penny without asking if I wanted it. This behavior isgetting out of control. It's our money, not the business's. If you can't or won't supply proper change to your stores or if youcondone this behavior, change your prices from .99 to .00 Read more

This place is normally great. The employees always quick and friendly. Tonight was a completely different situation. There was... NO ONE in the lobby and 2 employees making a couple pizzas. The time was 7:42pm. I was told unless I was there to pick up apizza that they quit taking orders ten minutes ago. I asked what time they closed as I apologized. He told me 8:00pm. Okay,that's like you coming into cash your payroll check at a bank 20 minutes before they close and are told sorry we quit cashingchecks a half hour befire we close. Very very disappointed in these 2 employees. This never happens at my regular pap Murphys inthe esplanade. Terrible for business. P.s. Have been coming here for ages now. Everyone knows about Papa Murphy's take and bake. It's a good place to pick up some freshly... made pizzas and bake them yourselves. You can speed up the process by ordering online and then picking it up once you arrive. Iusually like the stuffed pizzas and the thin ones. The people working here are friendly and courteous.
