I stopped many times at this location.. I feel bad for the girl working..checked name tag "Rachel" she's trying to make the... orders and take orders while the manager..and it is the manager..I asked her it that was her manager sitting at one of thetables she said yes.. this is more than once it's happened.. the manager doesn't even get up and help when she's swamped! Iwaited almost 5 minutes for this poor girl to finish making last customers orders ..I was next in line.. the manager justsitting talking to another girl.. no mater if she was doing an interview or not..she should have got up and helped.. ice been isservice industry for over 34 years..actually managed the Shari's restaurant in this mall back in 90s..its not that I mindedwaiting..if the point that a store manager doesn't help.. its her job to keep this store up and running and keep customershappy.. poor management skills.. like I said.. this was not once I've seen this.... why should I continue to come here when Ican go to a drive threw and wait same amount of time..if she doesn't have the sales to add another worker to work then sheshould step up.. she will be able to add more help if her sales go up! This is the nearest Starbucks to me and it is easily the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Writing this review due to how... consistently terrible my experiences here have been. I honestly feel bad for the employees since it seems like a training issueor due to lack of quality management . Drinks never taste correct, forget modifying anything on the menu, and it takes a reallylong time to get your whole order. I can see them only making one drink at a time even with a long line. Went to get a Carmel Ribbon crunch at Starbucks took almost 30 mins and didnt even get my drink nor an apology for the long wait... while everyone got there teas. Maybe because I'm Mexican I didn't get the full customer experience. Read more
Love Starbucks but not a fan of this location. Morning staff is rude and it looks like they clearly don?t want to be there.... Definitely an uncomfortable interaction with them. My husband went in to purchase drinks on Sunday 09/26 around 4:40-4:45pm andhe said the girls working were so rude to him. We keep coming back because the location is just convenient and close to our homeand jobs. But customer service could definitely improve . Read more
I get Grande lattes at Starbucks. Always a delicious treat. Did you know that Starbucks coffee has 295 MG of caffeine? One shot... of espresso has 65 mg....Very interesting. ENJOY! Read more
