We ordered at 7:30 on Saturday night. My husband went to pick up the sandwiches and the doors are locked. There are people... inside making sandwiches. There are people inside eating sandwiches. The website says that the restaurant is open until 10. Theyare totally ignoring my husband. What is wrong with these people? Read more

Fast and friendly service come her for lunch when I am craving something fresh 10/10
I can't imagine what catastrophe could have caused you to close your store at the lunch hour. Counted on you being open and... spent what little time I had for lunch driving there. Neon open sign on the back was on, but handwritten note on the door in thefront said closed for 1 hour. I realize that certain things are unavoidable, and it's your business and you can do what youwant, but I will never count on you again when time is of the essence. Perhaps someday when I have all day to wait for you toopen I might be back, but never again on a short lunch. Read more
Subway Tualatin Valley guy working on 6/11 around 12:30. (Said he was manager lol ) I called to tell the guy with a attitude... that my sandwich was wrong. He was crazy I tried to tell him that I didn't order tomatoes or cucumber's. He said I was wrongthen phone went dead he hung up. I called back tried to tell him I could send a picture. I come in for lunch 2 to 3 times per week. I am so impressed with the staff! They are friendly and professional. They adhere... to proper food handling and sanitation standards (as I have observed) 100% of the time. When a customer is difficult orunpleasant (as often happens in food service), it is always handled professionally. They really take pride in their work andthat is why this is my go to spot for lunch! This is my second review in a two week span. I went in on Monday night at 7 o?clock and the sign was off and the doors were... locked. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed for any reason so I have no idea what that was about. Then I go inyesterday which was Tuesday at about the same time. There?s two employees sitting at a table eating. They asked me if I had anonline order. I said no I would be ordering one sandwich. They said they were only doing online orders which I don?t understandbut I told them OK I?ll download the app and submit an online order. Once I said that the guy said I?ll make you a sandwich. Itwas one gentleman and a woman and it was the most unprofessional and embarrassing. Customer service I might have ever witnessedthe two were clearly dating and were constantly arguing while making sandwiches. Not to mention it look like this gentleman hadnever made a sandwich at Subway in his life, and it couldn?t have been a simpler sub. Period the customer service along with thecross contamination, the wait time, and the fact that they tried to get rid of business because they didn?t want to get up andmake a sandwich was insane.
