Manager is rude.. blonde lady. She sees me standing at the counter (id already been standing there a long time) & shes says to... me "your gonna have to wait.." ( I was paying with cash) Lady I was already waiting how about "sorry I'll be with you onemoment".. Then she comes to the counter and says "we aren't accepting cash right now... " Wow it would take five seconds towrite a write and post it on the kiosk..Also....They really need to work on employees acknowledging customers "someone will beright with you " instead of me standing at the counter for the minutes why workers walk right by me . I understand if yourgetting ready to clock out but you couldn't have taken five second to tell me someone would be right with me and direct someoneelse to me ? I'm not a front desk person but when I eas a housekeeper if I'm in the break room and I hear someone come to thefront desk I let them know someone will be right with them. Being a housekeeper is back breaking work, I have social anxiety, &i still made sure people were taken care of. There's really no excuse for the employees not to atleast inform the otheremployees who run the counter when someone is waiting at the counter. It shouldn't be that hard to get a cup for a water? Ifsomeone looks like they need help you helo then or direct them to someone who can. Probably why people don't like coming inside. They don't even tell you about the kiosk I can't imagine an elderly person going in to this location they would be absolutelyclueless when they are standing at the counter and nobody even acknowledges them. "Customer at the front counter" I'd thatreally so hard? .. Now they lock the bathrooms so now you have to announce when you have to use the bathroom to the counterperosn who is never there, thankfully there hasn't been very many people inside the restaurant otherwise I'd be peeing elsewhere.. how do they expect you to ask for you missing drink if they leave your food on the counter and run without even an Read more

Honestly, if it wasn't for this place I wouldn't have cheap vegetarian options available. These guys are on the front lines... every single night and they're the reason I can get food after I get off work. Food is always hot and fresh. Even though they'rebusy, they always get it right. Love this location. The employees deserve way more money than they get. Read more

Horrible service, it wasnt even rush hour and the boy who took my order was so out of it. They missed something in my order and... I told the boy to add it and I?ll pay it and his manager told him NO and that I had go back around. So childish, rude and lazy.If you dont like your job get a new one that doesnt involve service! It absolutely blows my mind the lack of customer service here the manager herself was extremely rude and disrespectful to me... when all I wanted to do was make an order at the register instead of having to use one of the kiosks. It was a very dehumanizingexperience being treated the way I was and this is not the first time that she is treated me like this over something as simpleas wanting to make an order at the register. I've managed many businesses and could never imagine treating a customer with thelevel of disrespect I've been treated with by this management. I frequently come to this location as well as many others butwill no longer return to this one because my feelings are hurt that they think it's okay to treat another human being with sucha immense level of disrespect over something as simple as wanting to make an order at a register instead of a digital kiosk. IfI was the regional or area manager I would fire her on the spot after watching the video of how she treated a customer that day Read more

As always, Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. The whole going inside experience is declining throughout the fast food world and... Taco Bell is no exception. You have to pretty much order from the kiosk, as they will let you stand there at the counter andlook silly for a long long time before noticing you are there. Very little attention to detail with the orders. Basically youorder stuff in a tortilla and get stuff in a tortilla. With luck it is the same stuff you ordered. Any extras, such as hot saucecan be ordered at the kiosk, but probably won't be in the bag when you get it. On the bright side, the mango slushies weregreat, and only a dollar. Read more

One of the things I got was a five layer burrito and being well over $3 and they made a mistake and didn't give me any refried... beans on it because I ordered black beans instead of meat but it should have still come with refried beans. When I asked themto fix the order They only gave me about an ounce and a half of refried beans when it should have been around 4-5 oz which is asignificant difference. They also argued with me profusely about giving me the extra 1 - 1/2 ounces to 2 - 1/2 ounces of beans. However I did get two plastic micro bowls of refried beans instead of just one although they were both about an ounce and a halfof beans. An extra star for getting the order (mostly) right. I ordered from the app to pick up inside at dinner time (5:30 pm) knowing... that the drive through would be busy. I arrived and the doors were locked. I asked the guy standing outside taking drive thruorders why the door was locked and he told me it wasn?t. I went back to the door and could see my food sitting on the counter. The door was still locked. Many employees were inside. After knocking a second time someone can to the door and she said they?rehaving a private no customer meeting. Of course the drive thru is packed. Luckily I was able to at least get the lady to bringme my food so I wouldn?t have to sit in the drive thru while my food got cold and soggy. But honestly- what private meeting doesTaco Bell need to have in the middle of dinner rush? And if the dining room is closed, why allow mobile orders for insidepickup? Seriously weird. Read more

Pretty busy location, but everyone is trying hard to get orders out quickly. Very clean inside and folks were friendly. I... especially want to give a shout out to Sylvia. She might be a manager, but it appeared she was trying to help people stay ontrack and keep an eye on how things were going. She took extra care with my order and made sure it was right. Everything wasperfect and the food was hot. Some man came in and yelled at her about something pretty minor but he was acting like it was theApocalypse. He actually yelled at her that he was going to report her to the manager. She handled him with grace and dignity, remaining composed and polite at all times. I admired her. She's good at her job and is a good person too. 5 stars! Read more
