I think the food is good there but I have to express my point of view. Working there is horrible and it was a awful first job.... The trainers are terrible and the managers and owner seem to be very two-faced. I got fired for apparently "giving customersattitude" and "swearing" at them when I never did. I don't know if someone is new and doesn't know how to make sandwiches or if they're just giving half the meat or what. This is... what my sandwich looked like and the same for the other orders. All meat on half of the sandwiches regardless of the type ofsandwich. Only took a pic of mine. It was a order to go or I would have asked what the deal was. Really sad because they did agood job prior but the past 3 times I've been they've really slipped. I didn't even get to eat because I wasn't about to try andreorganize a Ruben in a car and didn't want to eat just meat or just sauerkraut. Hubby went in, place order, received food at 7pm when lobby closed. came home across town, opened bag; completely wrong order. ... not a single item correct. got back in the car, wait in line again this time in drive thru. 30 min have now passed. get toorder box, tell them we were given the wrong order. re-order, wait, receive food. look in bag, 1 rb sandwich, 1 gyro and 1wrap. go home. take food from bag, open my wrap, totally wrong again. by this time 50 min have passed, im starving so justsay screw it and eat some kind of turkey wrap instead of the peacon chicken salad. worst part is, when re-ordering, hubbyrepeated twice our order, kid repeated it back. so disappointed with the incompetence of some people. This guy "Gary" was rude beyond words. Myself, husband and baby were ordering and he told me No multiple times when wanting to... upgrade the side when i was willing to pay more. Then told me he couldn't hear me because I was whispering and told me what isaid was not what i actually said (i know this sounds more liberal than it sounds, but it was the way he said it). My husbandand I looked at each other completely offended and told him that was rude which in turn he said that it wasn't. I wish I wouldhave recorded this. We said we were going to go else where and he mockingly waved and said goodbye, bye all the while laughing.I told him i was going to make a complaint and he said he didnt care because he was the owner. I took a picture on the way out.Also the manager behind him that was telling this Gary how to put items into the computer looked at us like we were in thewrong. I have not been to an Arby's in 10 or 15 years. I was not impressed. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't impressive either. It... was ready fairly quickly. The staff I interacted with were friendly. I will be giving them another try in the future. Read more
