I received great service, very polite. Food was what you should expect.
Food tasted awful at this location. Too much salt. It was overwhelming. I threw the sandwich out. The fries were stale and cold.
The food is usually fully cooked and fresh, but the only problem is the wait times, I do understand that most places are... understaffed but you should be able to get food in a timely manner, I guess they didnt have anyone watching the hashbrownsduring peak breakfast hours, it took about 15 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. Very disappointed! I understand that we live in a time when places are understaffed, but how hard is it to get the famous... McDonald's fries right? Keep them in the fryer a little longer. This is not just this location. Other McDonald's locations havebeen doing the same thing. Soggy fries are not appealing. Also, ordered no onions on my burger. Guess what? There were onions. We almost turned around because the line was so long, but they moved us through quickly. Every employee we encountered was... polite and professional. We did have to pull forward, but our food was brought out hot and quick. Fast food places have reallytaken a dive it seems, but this location is doing something right! Read more
