Honestly the young man who took our order was the best at customer service. We came in to eat initially the lobby wasn't open... but we saw the guy in the lot and he told us to come back. I'm glad we did. He was great at his job and super helpful and madethe experience personable. Wendy's should give him a raise for sure because he was awesome. Will definitely come back!!!! Read more

Had the rudest girl at the window ever!! They had messed up my previous order so when I called to talk to someone, the manager... was kind . I completely understand things happen and people are running short handed so I was very understanding about thesituation. And thankful that manger had told me to just come back through and reorder. So I did. I went back through the drivethru and ordered. When I pulled up to the window I told the girl that I had just talked to a manger and explained thesituation She gave me the nastiest look shut the window. When she came back she rudely handed me the bag and before I could sayanything she was ignorant and said ?next time you order a reorder you need to tell us while your ordering ? and then slammedthe window in my face! Never have I ever had someone be so ignorant for no reason at a restaurant drive thru!! Was there yesterday with the family while visiting the city. Was there with a preschooler and a kid and they were out of... frosty. The lady at the register can see that the kids were upset she ended up giving us a discount because her computer wasnot working for the kids meal. Food was great at a good price and and the kids toys was not some cheap plastic stuff that wethrowaway, it was a cool suncatcher craft that the kids did at home. Every one was friendly. Read more
The croissant sandwich was good and had no cheese like I asked for my dairy allergy. The potatoes were good too. My black coffee... however wasn't black. Haven't tried their breakfast before. My The coffee smelled good but I couldn't drink it. ???? Read more

I have been here roughly 3 times I think. Each time is a disappointment. Today I thought I would give them a try again. ... Disappointment. Fries were barely warm, had to ask at the window for the items I requested in the drive-through. Then the ladyacted upset that she had to get me the mayo and ketchup that I requested in the first place. Definitely a thumbs downexperience. Read more
