I got chicken franchise and it tasted like claim sauce. SOOOO WATERY! I wouldn?t eat here again.

I'll start off by saying this place is nothing short of amazing. The food is yummy, I'm Slowly trying everything on the menu &... have yet to be disappointed! Their pizza is great, the paninis are to die for, their subs have plenty of meat & veggies/ wellassembled! Today I tried the meatball sub & it was perfect! Not too much sauce & not soggy! NEVER ORDER ANY OF THEIR SUBS! I wish I could really give a zero star but none than less... I recently made an order for... delivery. After waiting for over 40 minutes on what they said would be 20 minutes, I opened the bag to disappointment. Thesesandwiches are the lousiest excuse for a "sandwich". I was immediately disgusted when I saw the globs of mayonnaise they put on.To make it worse they gave me 3 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese... on a 10 inch sub. Another thing that I was frustratedabout was that they stuffed the sandwich full with lettuce. I usually stay away from these "one stop, we have almost everything"places for this reason. Started ordering from them a few months ago. Was very skeptical about it being just another pizza shop. Was pleasantly surprised... to find out that wasnt the case. Great food everytime, havent eaten there, we've only ordered delivery. Everything is alwaysdelicious and arrives hot. Not to mention we had a slight miscommunication and ended up with a part of the order being wrong.The owner didnt hesitate to correct it no questions asked, and even drove it out himself and apologized for the mixup. Gave this place a try in my search for good consistent pizza in the area. And I was not disappointed on my first order. Got... plain cheese and half pepperoni. Crust was good, not too think, cooked well, great bread taste (must use good water) and cheese,sauce and pepperoni amount were on point. We also opted to try the sweet chili wings, which I thought were amazing. Fried toperfection and just enough sauce to make them memorable. Will update review on next order to ensure consistency. Very friendly, excellent customer service. It was a little more expensive than some of the other places in town, but I'm willing... to pay more for good pizza. Unfortunately it was very very greasy. Might have just been a fluke pie though because other peopleseem to like their pizza a lot. Would probably order again. Read more
