Awful experience all together. Ordered for my store for lunch on Columbus Day. The food wasn?t edible. The fries tasted like... they were made forth of July and the chicken had the texture of rubber. We called to complain and the manager said she?d leave agift card for us to make up for it. Went today to get it and they have no record of anything, no notes, nothing. The Haynes Bridge Buffalo Wild Wings location needs to close down completely then start all over again. This is not my first... visit to this store I ordered food, probably a month after they opened at this location. It was bad then. I thought you knowwhat I?ll give them another try, lightning doesn?t strike twice in the same place right??? Big mistake! Not only did they messup my to-go order again, but this time I waited (1) one hour for my food?. Just unacceptable. The fries were rock hard, Iordered dry rub, and I got wet chicken with no flavor. First let me start by saying our waitress, who I believe was named Shannon, was fantastic. We should have known when other... tables around us were complaining about the food that we should have left. We ordered our food and about 30 minutes later themanager brought half of my meal out. 10 minutes after that my wife?s wings came out. My 3 year old was starving and we ended upfeeding him my wife?s wings while trying to get his food. 15 minutes after that they brought the rest of our food. Now my wifehad no wings because the kid ate them and the rest of the food they brought out finally was all cold including the first part ofmy meal that now had been sitting for 25 minutes. The disorganization in the kitchen was horrible and the fact that the managerwould bring out half of one persons meal at a table without checking on anything else is a joke. We just left all the foodsitting there uneaten and asked for the check. The Taco Bell next door was able to give us actual warm food which was more thanI could say for the Buffalo Wild Wings. So for 71 dollars paid to BWW we still had to drive through Taco Bell and buy more foodto actually eat. Save your money and go elsewhere the kitchen and management are an absolute joke. Read more
Took forever, theres no one here, food was cold, my girlfriends quesadilla took 25 minutes after my refried cold boneless wings... came out. My beer took 10 minutes, mind you there are 7 customers here. Was told there's one cook and that is why.i have beenwatching us and the people at the bar are the only ones with food. I run restaurants, I'm going to have to assume somebody wassmoking a blunt out back or getting drunk. I will never be back. Read more
Hi. Our visit was horrific and I am requesting a refund. We waited an hour to get our food . We ordered fountain drinks. Two... of the drinks were out. We then asked for a strawberry lemonade that never came until we were leaving due to poor service. Inever received a refill on the Sierra mist I ordered. We asked to be served appetizers first. They were so delayed they cameout with our food. The restaurant wasn't crowded but we had to continually try to get our waitress attention. There weretables with trash. We finally requested to have our food to go and even that took forever. We couldn't even eat it thenbecause while we were sitting waiting, A ROACH was crawling near our table which is what made us leave in addition to theservice. Latest update: finally, received refund back to my card been a few months and calls every few weeks. Update: The "Response from... owner" below did not address the issue. I submitted the form from the reply as requested 3 weeks ago, and I still have not beencontacted. I called the restaurant and the manager said he would issue a refund. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing has beendone. Wrong order -- wait time was 25 minutes past what the app said. There were 10 people waiting in takeout section ofstore, and there was no one there. I ordered Buffalo wings and received lemon pepper instead. Since I like lemon pepper, I decided to be a good sport and just eat... them. Upon my attempt to bite one, I noticed a gigantic deep-fried feather sticking out. Again, "no big deal," thought I. "I'lljust pluck it out and commence my attempt at devouring the fleshy fowl's wing before mine eyes." Lo and behold, another feather.In fact, there were about a dozen or so more feathers mingling about the peppery citric seasonings that so gracefully discardedthemselves from the rest of the batch lining the bottom of the tray. I returned my order to my gracious host. She apologized andquickly returned with the Buffalo wings I initially requested. This time, I had smaller deep-fried feathers and overcookedwings. The Buffalo wings weren't wet like I am accustomed to getting. Instead, there was a dry Lawry's-looking seasoningsprinkled atop that was flavorful but not spicy. "What in Great Ceasar's ghost is going on with these wings today?" "Doth not ahard laboring man such as myself deserve to fancy himself with the symbols of freedom used by the fowls to soar the winds ofliberty?" thought I most perplexingly. Then I thanked the wing gods who placed the unlocked meaning of these omens upon mineheart. We came when as soon as they opened so we didn?t have to worry about it being busy. Our waitress was good but could have been a... bit more attentive. Our starter came out the same time as my wife?s chicken wings and my meal didn?t come out till about 5 minafter. Our food wasn?t too bad but nothing to go bragging about.
