I?d been here before a few years ago, I got the chicken sandwich, fries and a red velvet shake, and I remember loving it so I... figured I?d try it again while I was in town. This time the food was surprisingly mediocre for the price I paid. I ordereddelivery this time so I wasn?t expecting everything to be fresh and hot but it was still pretty warm when I got it so thatwasn?t even the problem. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were the only decent part of my order, the fries and a vanillashake. I wasn?t expecting much from the fries but they were horrible. Not crispy at all, it was just grease soaked potatoes. Thetenders were fine, the chicken was cooked well but the breading was a little too greasy and tasted kind of burnt so I had tostop eating cuz it was making me feel sick. I also didn?t get any of the sauces I requested for it, I only received littleketchup and mayo packets. The milkshake was probably the worst. I thought I was playing it safe with vanilla but i tasted novanilla flavor and the consistency was like melted ice melted ice cream mixed with vanilla yogurt. 1st time visiting this location I had a taste for some onion rings!! While I know how onions rings are suppose to taste to... include beer batter ones- I took it upon myself to order them to include 3-piece chicken fingers and basic regular cheeseburgerwhich include a type of orange sauce that kind of taste like Big Mac sauce. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice with indoorand out door seating. I choose to eat outside because why not it?s a nice and sunny Saturday???? 1st I ate the onion ringsthey were hot but I could not really enjoy them they were gigantic the onion was so thick that the outside batter part wasfalling apart so ate half of one. 2nd I ate the chicken fingers not so good- they were also hot but the fried batter did notstick well to the tinders I felt like I was eating a fried mozzarella sticks!!! 3rd I ate the cheeseburger that the cashiersuggested since I?m not into a whole lot of toppings on a burger he suggested the BFi burger which is just cheese-and theorange like Mac sauce I added lettuce- I bit into it it was just ok- tasted like a regular frozen meat patty with seasonings-the bun was soft and had their logo on the burger bun which was a nice touch!!! Least to say my experience was not what Ithought it was going to be I had drunk it down with a bottled coke and ice which was refreshing!!! I paid $29.00 foreverything. My inner spice hound was barking today so I decided to give BurgerFi a shot and try their spicy chicken sandwich. First visit... and I was reasonably impressed. The dining room very clean and in spite of going about the busy work of preparing for theimpending lunch crowd, the staff excitedly greeted me as I entered. (not the monotone "Welcome to Moe's") I was satisfied withthe portion size of the sandwich and they are very generous with their fries. I opted for the truffle option on the fries whichcomes topped with parmesan and truffle aioli. Trust me, it's worth the upgrade. The sandwich was decent. Moist chicken but thebreading is a little short on crunch. I also thought it fell short on heat with all of the spice coming from the jalapeños andsauce which had a hint of sweet. Still it was a tasty lunch. Sorry BurgerFi, I'm still team Popeye. But I will definitely beback to try out the burgers. Read more

Just ordered from BurgerFi for the first time. Interestingly enough, this location takes the cake for the worst burger joint... I've ever ordered from. The burger was terribly made and wet. The fries were burnt and soggy from being re-fried for the 4thtime probably. The onion rings were practically a donut with an onion inside it. Thanks for reminding me that there are burgerjoints worse than burger king. Wonder if management actually cares about customer satisfaction. Anyways, here's your 1 starcause I can't rate you lower. The burger was just OK... First time to BurgerFi. Had the CEO Wagyu Burger. With the cheese, etc. I could not really taste the... Wagyu at all. It was tasty however with the added items. The fries were cold and soggy. The onion rings were very tasty. Theyoung man that took the order was very helpful in making recommendations. Kinda pricey for 1 person at $18+. Will visit again tomake a decision about BurgerFi. Read more
