Worst Chick Fil A ive dealt with. Super slow, rude, and this store has the worst hours. No breakfast and close at like 7. It?s... almost like they don?t want your business. I?ve had better experiences at McDonalds up the road. Read more

was excited about the new opening, but the food quality isn?t up to other chick fi la pars. they short you on fries and the... chicken breast filets for the sandwiches are significantly smaller than the other locations. came back a few times to make surethey weren?t just having an off day, but it was always the same. :( hope they can improve! It's a great place simply because it's a Chick-fil-A establishment however Im less than thrilled with this particular location... because of the management and the employees that with at this particular franchise. They are biased, rude and unaccommodating.I've come to think of Chick-fil-A as a place that sticks by it's model of being there for it's community, helping out thecommunity and being a good role model for the community patrons. I personally watched as they called the police on a beautifulyoung woman who comes from a wealthy family who entered the restaurant looking exhausted and disheveled because her car hadbroken down and her phone has died so she had to walk over 10 miles to reach her residential area and a place she thought wascomfortable and safe. She was sweaty, exhausted, slightly dirty and highly emotional but there was no doubting her privilegedupbringing and status as a member of the upper class. Despite the very obvious, the employees of this restaurant refused to gether something to drink and instead chose to call the police and throw her out. The police came and she eventually left in anambulance and was taken to a hospital to be treated for heat stroke and exhaustion. Walking for so long in the middle of the dayin the middle of summer in Atlanta had taken it's toll and she desperately needed rest and fluids after her ordeal. She neededcompassion and understanding. She needed a safe place to hydrate herself and to call her family or friends to help facilitate aride home got herself. Watching the way this woman was treated by a place, that is supposed to be the for the members of theircommunity, was disheartening and embarrassing. I felt so bad for her and wanted to reach out to help her but it was too late bythe time I realized what had happened. I swore that I would never again give this particular establishment a cent of my hardearned money and that I would let others know of the behavior and actions of these workers. So despite Read more

Deceptive business practices....9.78 for a small bowl of soup and a lemonade. Inflation does not even justify this... They... strongly discourage you looking at the menu by sending their "blessed-day-soldiers" to take your order. Oh, and you cannotescape the drive thru lanes once you enter. Prices are not even made public on their website. There was not even a smallchunk of chicken in my chicken soup. CFA used to be a great company. I am actually an ex-CFA employee from back when theirprices were reasonable, they put chicken in their chicken soup and you could see the drive thru menu before ordering. Good newsfor current patrons...there will be one less person in that drive thru line. Read more

First they adjusted their closing hour from 10pm to 9pm. Ok - reasonable. Then, they adjusted their closing hour from 9pm to... 8pm. Much less reasonable considering countless people don?t have dinner until late. Now they?ve done away with breakfast alltogether!! They open at 10:30am and close at 8pm. Ridiculous!! I literally spend thousands of dollars per year here because Ibuy countless company/employee meals. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere due to these absurd changes in hours. Read more

They do not not listen at this location or care to. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Received a broken up... sandwich with no extra pickles. Ask the girl to use up the balance on my app and debit the rest. She put the whole order on mydebit card! When I asked for a refund the girl tried to argue with me and was unapologetic and it took a manger 5 minutes laterto give me a refund. Will not return to this location. Read more
