I attended this restaurant the night before Thanksgiving. The weight was not bad at all. I waited, probably about 5?10 minutes,... but the night before a major holiday, this was not a bad wait time. Service was excellent. Staff attended quickly and wasprofessional and polite. I had the seafood pasta. excellent dish! I truly enjoyed this dish!!! I receive decent portions, andthe food was hot, as in temperature. I was not disappointed. Very tasty. this is my first time having this dish here, so I willdefinitely be back for more. Read more

Our group of 6-10 ladies have always loved Chili's and we come here each month for the amazing quesadilla explosion salad. ... HOWEVER, today it was awful! When we complained to the manager, we were told that corporate changed the marinade. I guess ourgroup will not return until that horrible mistake is rectified. Our server was excellent, though. Just came in to get a quick bite and out Host Amy was wonderful. She was so courteous and check back with us to make sure we... were fine.We seen how hard she's working and I feel like people who work that hard definitely deserve to be acknowledgedmonetarily (Raise)and with notarizing so if you're ever at the Chili's in Alpharetta hopefully Amy is your host because greatcustomer service is hard to come by these days. Worst Chili?s I?ve ever been to. Everything was dirty the menus ,cups , utensils and table. I should?ve know the food was going... to be nasty. Everything was cold and dry . This evening my wife and I with our 2 yr old baby went there for dinner. The host Selena who claimed she was also the manager... put us in a 20 minutes waiting list while there were so many empty tables there. When we asked her at least give us a seat so wecan sit somewhere while we are waiting with iur baby she said rudely be patient there is no seat. We didn't eat anything thereand left there after seeing this rude behavior and will never go there anymore. I will definitely report this to the Chili'scorporate. I did a corporate complaint on this location, a week ago , and still no response. They don?t have to worry about it. I will... never give them my business again. The service was horrible. The food was cold and the server or the manager didn?t evenapologize. They just try to offer gift cards instead of trying to make our experience better.
