The food wasn't bad, and the service was okay. The biggest issue with the location was that the dining area was an absolute mess... (dirty tables, good packaging remains all over, etc.), and the counter was really disorganized and dirty. It looked as though acomplete cluster happened just before we entered the store. The manager today needs to learn a little bit about customer service from Mr. Ali the guy making my burrito. I waited in line... for 20 minutes which is ridiculous just to find out they don?t have chicken. Mr Ali was very nice and tried to help me and getme chicken from the to go line but the manager, a African American with earrings, was incredibly rude to not only me but also MrAli. Mr Ali needs a raise and this manager does not need to be a manger. Mr Ali even took care of my meal because he felt so badfor how i was treated. Food has always been good here but it's not worth going to this location for lunch. Everytime I've come here, they only have 2... people working the line, where one person has to bounce back and forth from making burritos to running the register when itmakes much more sense for the register to have a dedicated employee on it. It takes forever to get service. There seem to beplenty of people working in the kitchen prepping and cleaning, but perhaps that should be saved for a time when it's not slammedwith a line wrapping around the restaurant. Read more

It?s hard to know where to start.. this place is terrible, but after my most recent visit I just have to write about it. The... staff truly clueless, out of beans, so had to wait- steak was under cooked, the soda fountain was out of all products (it justwould disperse soda water), the chips were beyond stale- no one there knew how to solve a problem. I looked for an adult onstaff and it didn?t look like there was an adult manager on staff, much less an employee that cared about cleanliness, or makingsure the food line was properly stocked. My first time ordering here will also be my last. Pretty straight forward order. Salad, double meat, mild salsa, a few other... toppings. The line was pretty busy there for dinner I have no idea why, I got a bowl in with a side of mostly stale chips. They were... almost completely out of proteins and the beans looked prehistoric. When I got back to the hotel to eat I could not find anysense of warmth in my food for the arduous .3 of a mile car trip. I was wondering what the 5 people in line behind me wereattempting to consume on some sort of prehistoric hunt, to which a live kill would have at least yielded a warm fresh kill. I honestly don?t know why I even bother ordering delivery from this location. I think they got my order right 2 times out of 8.... This picture is of my steak bowl, without spicy sauce supposedly. I dont eat spicy food at all. And they ALWAYS add it to myorder. This one has both, green and red sauce. I don?t understand how difficult can it be to just read the items on my order andput them correctly on the bowl. Guess I just give up now and wont be ordering from this location again. Read more
