Had a weird visit to this Cracker Barrel location. Food was great - I ordered chicken and dumplings, okra, and a sweet potato.... My waiter was super slow and seemed forgetful. When he passed my table he would constantly.say "it'll be a minute" or "give mejust a minute" and seemed to be hurried but I was one of maybe 3 parties on my side of the restaurant so didn't understand whatwas going on. Took him a while to bring tea, he never brought butter for my sweet potato, food delivery was very slow, and hewas slow with my bill. Again, food was great; no worries there. The store was fun to peruse. They had some nice things that,had I not been traveling, I would have purchased. I did get a delicious pecan roll to snack on. Overall not horrible justreally slow. I always eat here the day I send someone to get my meal mind you I had tonlay for theirs and my order was missing the 2 strips... of bacon ???? . Talked to management about it she said they missed a piece of bacon and put me down for a free meal. I reallywanted my money back. Read more

Seems our local Cracker Barrel is now serving half cooked menu items. This past Friday I ordered the Meatloaf dinner and was... served half done hamburger meat (see photos). Most people know how dangerous this is, but not the management team of CrackerBarrel. I made several photos that clearly show the "pink middle" of their own Meatloaf. Also, received a piece of non requestedcorn in my Turnip Greens. It's getting dangerous to eat there. Read more

Had a HORRIBLE experience here; I would not recommend this location to anyone for curbside pickup. On May 30, 2022 at 9:16am... EST, I placed a curbside pickup order; the email confirmation said my order would be ready for pickup at 9:36am. I arrived atthe location and parked in the curbside pickup spot at 9:32am; I checked in as arrived on the app/site. At 9:40am, I calledinside and informed the staff I?d arrived and they said they were getting my order ready and would be out shortly. I waited 15more minutes and called back inside, the staff then stated they were on their way outside with my order at that very moment. Iwaited 15 more minutes and called back inside and the staff again said they were on their way outside with my order. Again, Iwaited 15 more minutes but I didn?t call again, I went inside to ask for a refund. I understand the location could have beenvery busy or short of staff however, they could have asked me to come inside instead of repeatedly lying saying they werewalking outside with my order. The staff called the manager who was working on the grill at the time and he said he would refundmy money. As the staff is informing me of what the manager said, another staff said her food is here. I told them I would prefera refund because if my food has been waiting there for over 45 minutes, it?s now cold and I was hoping for hot/warm comfortfood. The staff member again said the manager would refund me when he stopped working the grill and I said thank you and left.Today is July 13, 2022 and I have yet to receive the refund. Read more

Came here this evening with my family for dinner. Both of my children ordered a BLT and loved it! My husband had the country... fried steak, which he seemed to enjoy. I had the chicken fried chicken, which was very good. It was 2 large pieces...more than Icould eat. The bad thing about it was that I didn't get any of my side dishes with it. I was told that they were out ofeverything I chose. And neither of our plates came with the biscuits, because they were out of those too! We were there a littlelate, but it would have been nice if we had been told there were no sides left at the time we placed our order. Then we couldhave had something else. Read more

Had a great breakfast today, Momma?s Pancakes and a side of loaded hash browns. The only sad thing was that due to shortages... they did not have the little bottles of syrup. The service was great, the food was served at the right temperature. Plenty ofcoffee refills, we left satisfied. Read more
