I tried making an order online, paid with PayPal, and he cancelled it because he doesn't accept paypal. He also refused delivery... when the website specifically says delivery or pick up. Then on top of everything I had to make a second trip because he forgotstuff in the order. The order was not presentable at all. French fries tied up in a bag that holds condensation. Very delicious brisket. Very tender and flavorful. Staff was friendly and and fast.
It seems this location is just as bad as the Stone Mountain location. So much for thinking location matters. We were served a... slab of cold ribs removed from seran wrap. They had the texture of shoe leather, which is more tasty than the ribs. Servingcold food is dangerous and violates Gwinnett County health regulations. Waste of money. EXTREMELY small portions, literally got ONE rib with my three meat plate lol and the sides are super small. Also... paid for extra sauces and they didn?t even give me them so I?d like my $1.50 back for that. Read more
So I placed a $70 order online. Went to pick it up and the owner asked to see my ID. Shortly afterwards, someone else walked in... who also had an online order. However, he did not ask them for their ID. So, I asked for a refund. He gave me a refund but wasunable to provide a receipt of it. So I said, I?ll just snap a picture of it. He proceeded to say, ?you don?t trust me.? Nowwhy would I trust you if you didn?t trust me?! To add to that, the A/C wasn?t on so the door was open, flies inside, and he wasdripping sweat. Very small portions of food. The plates looked empty compared to other similar establishments (I work at a bbq restaurant, so I... know how a meat plate should look like). Along with the other reviews for this location... food was dry. Read more
The store owner Ravi completely dishonored the T-Mobile Tuesday deal of a free sandwich. I put in the order online using the... TMobile Tuesday offer coupon for a free sandwich and he said he is not participating in that and he can?t serve the sandwicheven after the order went through completely online to his store. He was arrogant about it and asked me and couple of othercustomers to leave the store. I wasted my gas and time driving to this store. Please don?t go in there! Read more
If I could rate 1 star I absolutely would. Their website says they deliver AND they take paypal, so we placed an online order.... WELL they canceled our order saying they don't deliver AND they don't accept paypal and this is AFTER we scrambled to findsomeone to pick up our order and they were ON THE WAY. We work at a friggin Dr's office, we don't have TIME to run down there,that's why we paid online AND wanted delivery!! After arguing back and forth we were FINALLY able to pay for our food so our ETAof eating went from 11pm to like 12:30PM. But then it gets better.. they left out some items. FUNNNNNN!!!!
