I would give this place zero stars if I could. We ordered a pizza last week. Paid for a large, paid for delivery, and tipped the... driver handsomely. We asked for the pizza to be handed to us. The driver just left it on the ground at our door, which any bugcould?ve gotten into it, he also took the receipt. It would?ve been great to check the order because it was all wrong! We gotthe wrong size pizza, all wrong toppings, and I even pulled out a hair cooked into the pizza! After we waited an hour and 15minutes for it. Did I mention I?m pregnant?? Not cool. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager, I was put on hold forover 70 minutes. Not acceptable. I get an email for ?delivery insurance? not even 3 days later I go to use it, which would?vecovered another pizza, they freaking took it away for me. Terrible! Horrible! Awful! First order at this Domino's. Thin 2 topping pizza, garlic knots, chezzy/marinara sauce, Lava Cakes. The pizza was burnt (see... pic}, tasteless, and hardly any toppings. The garlic knots were kinda bland, needed more seasoning. The chezzy/marinara wasgood. The Lava Cakes were great! Placed an order at 6:30 PM. Order tracker shows quality check by Quinlan at 6:55 PM drove to the store arrived at 8:36 with the... delivery driver just starting to package my order. Jennifer who claims to be the store manager stated that she would not remakemy pizza because it was cold when I got there. The other manager also stated they would not remake my pizza and they have nocontrol over the phone system that I?ve been holding for over 40 minutes. Corporate needs to do better and they will be gettinga call. They will be getting emails. A manager that handles customer service like Jennifer did is absolutely irresponsible andunprofessional . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. PIZZA WAS DELIVERED SOGGY. THE DELIVERY PERSON INSISTED ON 25 % tip. I called the store and told them... about the pizza being soggy. They weren?t responsive. I asked to speak to the manager. He hung up on me. I called 4 times andeach time they hung up. Disgusted with Dominos. I hope they read this to know how the customers are being treated. Pizza was great, staff was super friendly. They can?t deliver very fast late at night due to no driver staffing. So I usually... pick up. Foods spot on most of the times and the managers are super nice and apologetic when I pick up. Every other deliveryplace nearby has the same problem with drivers. If I had to guess people below ordered delivery late night. Everyone has livesthough, even dominos delivery drivers. So I can?t complain. Read more
1 because I can?t give 0. The Domino?s store at 13695 GA-9 N, Alpharetta, GA 30004 did not deliver my order at curbside with in... 2 mins, they simply marked the order complete and kept quiet. I had to get into the store to ask for my order and when askedabout the free pizza, the lady at the store was just pretending as if she doesn?t know anything about it. Such a cheat thisstore is.
